I wrote this one for my sister.

The Heat of Flame and Metal
Fandom: FMA
Pairing: RoyxAl
Rating: PG-13
Warnings: Takes fluff to a whole new level.
Disclaimer: I don’t own Al or Roy. Nor does my sister. As much as she'd like to.

“So Taisa.... have you heard anything new about Edo yet?”
Roy Mustang raised an eyebrow. Alphonse Elric stood at the door to the cabin he’d been stationed at in the north months earlier, wearing Edward’s trademark red coat and looking timidly at the newly demoted major with respect. Roy couldn’t help but wonder why he looked so nervous.
“Aru-san, didn’t you walk in here and ask that same question about five minutes ago?”
Alphonse flushed and glanced at the reindeer-fur rug on the floor. “Well, yeah, but I just wanted to see if you got any new information on the subject...”
The eyebrow went higher. “It’s been five minutes. How much more info could I get in that short amount of time?”
Lieutenant Jean Havoc, who’d been listening in from outside, decided to make his appearance.
“Well do you want to know what I think?” he asked smugly, poking his head in the room.
“No, not really.” Roy said, unamused.
Havoc ignored him. “I think...” A dramatic pause. “That Aru has a cruuuush!!!” He said it like a fourth-grade girl teasing her friend.
Alphonse went redder than a ripe tomato. “Well, um.... you see... that’s not...” He looked hopelessly at the ground again. Roy smirked.
“Havoc, could you make yourself disappear?”
Havoc looked confused for a moment. “Excuse me?”
“I said, disappear!” Roy wagged a finger at the door. Havoc grumbled but did as Roy said. Then the Flame Alchemist turned to Alphonse.
“Is it true?”
Alphonse blushed once more and this time chose to look up at the ceiling. “Maybe...”
Roy smiled. “It’s okay to reveal your.... true feelings, you know.”
If Alphonse had gone any redder, he could have camouflaged with the coat. To his great surprise, the major leaned forward and planted a kiss on the younger boy’s forehead.
“Wha-?”
Roy grinned. “Come on, Aru-san. It’s no fun to have a crush and not do anything about it.”
Alphonse’s eyes grew wide. “Taisa...”
Roy stood and walked over to Alphonse. “Do you remember when you were simply a soul inside a suit of armor?”
Alphonse shook his head. “No. Not yet. I hope someday I do.”
Roy gave another of his famous smirks. “Well... you know, the suit of armor was made of metal.”
“Yes sir. Most armor is.”
Roy lifted a gloved hand to cup the younger’s cheek. “Do you know what happens when flame touches metal?”
Alphonse leaned in to the touch, his eyes half-closing. “What?”
Roy stole a kiss. Alphonse stiffened but soon relaxed in Roy’s arms, enjoying the moment. Roy broke the kiss and murmured in Alphonse’s ear.
“The metal gets hot. Really hot.”
Alphonse felt his heart skip a beat. Roy continued.
“I know you aren’t metal anymore... But I think I can still make you hot.”
Al closed his eyes, allowing himself to be entranced by Roy’s touch. His voice alone was so intoxicating...
“Taisa?” he whispered.
Roy shook his head. “I’m no longer your colonel. Call me Roy.”
“I love you... Roy.”

PS: I might have gotten some things wrong... oh well.
FullMetalAlchemist01FAN
If I was a RoyXAl Fan, I would say awesome story!! Although, I'm not an RoyXAl fan, BUT! I would recommand RoyXAl fans to read this, just because it's simple and easy to understand whats happening and that the reader would at least get a good feeling inside by reading this story. Why did I read this story? because I felt like reading it! THATS WHY! I'm not a RoyXAl fan, but I just felt like reading it! OK!? lol XD But no, seriously, I'm not and another reason why I read this story is because I know this will never happen between Roy and Al, but I read it anyways.
Packy
Awwwwww! Its cute! I like it alot! Even though i'm more of a Greed/Kimbley fan, but no one has to know about that...
