I love Johnny Depp. I like him in every movie he his been in. What movies do you like him in? Sleepy Hallow is my fav.

Pirates of the Caribbean 1 & 2

Every movie I have seen him in, I enjoyed. Some more than others. My fave Depp movies, in order from best to least fave, I think would look like this:

1. Edward Scissor Hands
2. Sleepy Hollow
3. Blow (don't remember this one very well)
4. Pirates

I really wanna see Finding Neverland, Once Upon a Time in Mexico and the new Willy Wonka. I saw Chocolat, and I didn't enjoy that one very much, but I was a kid so I might enjoy and understand better now.

Pirates of the Caribbean, the first one, the second hasn´t arrived here...

I love Johnny Depp! He's such a good actor. He's played so many different characters, and each and every one of them is convincing! He's just brilliant.

There is only one movie which I didn't like. It was a good movie, and his acting was great, but it's just a little too scary for me From Hell
The first movie I've seen with him (as far as I remember) was What's Eating Gilbert Grape. I loved him right after it.
My favourite character right now has to be Captain Jack Sparrow.

Why would voice acting not count? Do people not consider Vic however the hell you spell his last name not an actor? It takes a lot of talent to convey emotion through voice alone since you may not be able to control your character's gestures etc the way you would as an actual actor.

@ Slashrose1010 - Well, being a voice actor is just something different than being an actor. I don't say voice actors are less important or something like that. They're as important as actors. Really, I totally agree with you.

I mainly liked him in Edward Scissorhands. But some others were:

I think Sleepy hollow was my favorite movie that he has done. Followed closely by Pirates 1 and 2.

I love Johnny Depp and think that he is such an incredibly talented and versatile actor. He always add a great deal of depth to the majority of roles that he plays. Some of my favourite movies that he acts in are Finding Neverland, Blow, Edward Scissor-hands, and Pirates of the Caribean.

I recently heard Johnny's planning to stop acting as soon as he becomes 50. So that would mean there's only 7 years left to enjoy him acting. He's afraid he wouldn't get decent roles anymore when he's looking old. But I think he can, he's just so talented and looks don't matter! There are lots of older actors who still have a great career, like Anthony Hopkins or Sean Connery. I hope Johnny will change his mind about it

I just saw a Johnny Depp movie most of you probably haven't heard of it's called The Brave.
Johnny plays a Native American who lives in a shanty town with his wife and kids and has just gotten out of jail. He learns about a job that pays $50,000, but it's for a staring role in a snuff film.

It was a good film, a bit slow paced and also stars Marlon Brando. Johnny directed it and it shows in the quirky moments of the film. The audience hated it at the Cannes Film Festival and it was never released in the states and is hard to get a hold of.

I heard about it, but certainly never seen it. Sounds like something that would either be loved or hated at Cannes, but I like to have my own opinions on films. Shall have to try and get that.

I'm waiting for his next film Sweeney Todd....it's gonna be fun!

Oh, my.. Johnny Depp doing Sweeney Todd??!! I got to see this!!!
I can't quite imagine it now, but I'm sure he will pull it off, or better yet, he will invent his Sweeney Todd!! Can't wait to see it!!

If the rumours are true, this will be another musical version of Sweeny Todd too
