I found out that my face is too feminine to cosplay a male character. I wore a baseball cap yesterday, and my friend wanted to see if I could pass as a guy, so I stuffed my large amount of hair into the cap and wore a heavy jacket. Yet I still looked incredibly feminine. Which I am happy about.
Hmm, a lot of my other friends would be able to look like guys though.

So in other words, I can only cosplay women.

Like Noa.

I have never been to a convention or anything (though I would love to go to one!) I did dress up as Cid from Final Fantasy VII for Halloween one year (even wore the costume to school on halloween day!). It's a little hard to be him since I'm a girl but my friend went as Vincent and she looked just like him! It was alot of fun though I couldn't take the 6 foot staff (with a wooden blade on the end) to school though. My brother went as Cloud and even had a 5 foot buster sword made of wood that weighed a ton! It was a bunch of fun.

I will also join in the 'Noa' chant. You know it must be done

No, you don't get it. Usually I have to convert my images to .jpg manually so that they are smaller and don't shrink when put in photobucket, which usually converts them to a low quality .jpg if too big. Even when they're already .jpg, I shrink the file size by slightly reducing the .jpg quality. So I re-.jpg them.

Oh it takes months of planning let me tell you. I usually devote a few months to making a costume before it's ready to be inflicted on the general public.

Why are you thinking of cosplaying? Chiyo, Toby and I could hook you up.

Ah yes, to be able to be seen looking a fool needs quite a while planning. I am one of the most self concious people you could meet, but when it comes to cosplaying on the net what does it matter? I'm never going to meet you. And at conventions you can almost be assured someone will look for more foolish then you.

But then, on here anyway, most of those who cosplay are damn good at it, so looking foolish is not an issue

Now must go work on my abs, anything to impress Bacon
