Lysander
I play soccer and I have Taekwondo and Arnis lessons.

I want to start Judo too!
Soiltary_alchemist14
run/jog, lift weights, push ups, pull ups, sit ups, and just about anything
Little Washu
DDR. It really works, though I've only gone from 87lbs to 86lbs. I lost one pound!
LastExile
Jog, Bike, Lift weights, and do push-ups.
GothGirl
I walk home from school (that's a mile and a half of walking five days a week right there). I also bike everywhere in the summer, ride an exercise bike in the winter, play boffa, and do yoga. However, I'm really not a 'sporty' kind of person...I can't catch a ball to save my life.
Indignant Judgment
What I do is just do the chores that are around the house, walk around my house, or walk outside when it isn't that muddy or wet. I love to walk around our yard, it is very big and it helps me relieve a lot of stress that happens on at school. (School for me is like a drama everyday I go laugh.gif)

Last time I checked, round was a shape laugh.gif
Envy II
I do absolutely nothing.

I guess I had marching band, which kept me in shape... I think. Generally I'm too lazy to devote myself to such a thing, though. XD
Ratzenheich FMA Super fan
Jogging and playing tennis and soccer from time to time. But since it's summer vacation now I'll probably gain a few pounds because I'll spend more time on the computer and TV eating whatever's good. I also have this exercise machine called the "Timeworks", I rarely use it though.
Soiltary_alchemist14
walking to school and back helps too. tongue.gif
ゆきえいり
Gah!!! I have to go to the gym (for cheer) 6 nights a week, 2-4 hours a night!!!! Normally 2. It gets old, but I'm glad I have a 4 pack! *secretly wishes it were a 6*
~Edward~Elric~Fan~
I am on a baseball, and basketball team at school. So I am running around most of the time either to catch a fly ball, or run back, and forth on the court biggrin.gif. Other than baseball, and basketball I play tennis, soccer, vollyball, football happy.gif. So I would say I keep my body quite healthy. Oh, and I hike, ski, snowboard, and surf usually when I am on vacation. So no matter where I am I am usually doing something to keep in shape even if its just taking a walk with my dogs, and brothers wink.gif.
Kisara
I run a lot. At the school grounds, around our neighborhood sometimes, through the mall tongue.gif, with the dogs, etc... And I dance. I've been taking dancing lessons since I was 7. So, yeah, running and dancing.
Shinobimelxi
well, i eat 100 calories an hour after 1 pm on weekends.
On normal school days I eat after 4 or 5pm, 100 cal or more an hour, then i stop at 9 or 10 so I have enough time to burn it off.
Then, before I go to bed, I play an hour or 2 of DDR. I lift weight[s] and do 100 each on both arms.
If I can, I go jogging in the 2 blocks away school track.
Also, schools a workout. Since I have 4 separate buildings with 2 floors, and classes in each, i run around sooo..
unsure.gif laugh.gif

~Kurenai~
I swim often, and love to rollerblade.

I can't really sit still and just do nothing either..
ehxhfdl14
I go to the gym at least three times a week, and I run, lift weights, sometimes go to aerobics or yoga classes, etc.
Can't really manage eating habits though. Food is good.
Amalthea
I've taken dance (give me quite a good workout) my entire life, but the studio that I attended up until this summer is no longer available to me. sad.gif (I'm going to college this year.)

I do, however, go to the track in my town, and I plan on taking a kickboxing class! biggrin.gif I would also love to continue with dance.
Innocent-malice
I hardly do anything to keep in shape. I do 50 sit ups a day but thats it. as for eating habits, I love fried food and people still think I diet.
GREEDisGOOD
I've always kept in shape by playing sports.

But I can tell you, the most I've ever been in shape was my sophomore year in High School. We had a basketball coach who was fresh out of college, and good god...I think it would be better to describe him as some kind of drill sergeant from hell. It wasn't uncommon for someone to puke at the end of a practice (I know I came close once or twice). More than once, we ran a single drill for more than an hour straight. The worst I can remember was a drill where we were all running around the gym floor nonstop and took turn shooting freethrows. We had to make 25 in a row without missing 2 in a row (confused?). Well, after an hour and fifty two minutes (hell yes we timed it!) we finally made it. ...Holy hell, I literally could hardly stand. One of my teamates jumped up in excitement after we finished, but was so weak he fell over.
DustStorm
I do ballet three days a week, flamenco two days a week. XD
Track and field, and basketball at school.
I used to do marathon running a year back D:
I've stuck to short distances this year, which is my forte. :>
ohh and earlier this year marching band. We warmed up doing sit ups
and late people had to do some more, too bad I was almost always tardy. SIT UPS SUCK. I hate sit ups but I can thank marching band for my rock hard abs. XD
MaiShadowAlchemist
I dance a lot (Salsa, merengue, hip hop and I am gonna learn tango, waltz, flamenco)!!
Go to the gym were I lift weights, aerobics and somethimes yoga!!
Play soccer and basquetball!!!
And I play Wii Sports!!! XD
Malvazar
Well if you count sword training then I would have to say that I do a hell of allot of that! That and typing on forms I do allot of that too!lol
Kari_Neko
I walk/run/get pulled by my old ox of a dog....I think that counts for exercise since it's a miracle I can keep up with her ._.U
SaMaster14
I picked other since I do 3 of the choices and you can't pick more than one.

I lift weights everyday(either at school or in my home gym)

I run on the eliptical machine in my home gym and run during lacrosse practice

And I play Lacrosse, water polo/swimming, golf, some tennis, and I am very active in martial arts.
fullmetalfan
mm.. good question..
i play volleyball, and i run track and field.
Omamori
Hm. I lift weights (currently lifting 15lbs on both arms since we can't find any 20 pounders), take a 3-mile walk around lunchtime at work (we walk to In-n-Out and eat, then head back), and on the weekends, I take a 4-mile walk on the treadmill while watching my anime DVDs (the only time I ever get to watch them).

Food...grah...I love food. And soda. Heh.
Ailuro
I practice Shin-Ryu Aikido. It's great for relieving stress. Hearing your opponent hit the floor with a loud slam and their cries of pain---ah, it's wonderful.
ArmstrongCosplayer
I compete in bodybuilding competitions and also work on my Armstrong Cosplay smile.gif. I train 7 days a week and hit the gym 2 times a day Monday - Friday and just once on Saturday and Sunday.
~saki~
I play sports like basketball(for school), I do track & field and also cross country (for school), i do karate (3 year champion in kata and kumate), I play tennis, I have to run 3 to 4 miles about every other day of track, I walk my dog, and I swim during the summer, and i dance . so yay that's just about it i think.
~FMAgurl~
Sports! I've been playing basketball and soccer since I was in kindergarden =]. And then I eventually picked up volleyball and track. I loove being competitive smile.gif
Mat-Mat
I play a lot of softball everyday, dribble a basketball once in a while, play soccer (my fav!! happy.gif ), and I play tennis sometimes. I like to play a lot of sports! biggrin.gif
Fuberbachen
heh I don't technically have to do anything, I blessed with a natural six pack XD, but in order to cancel out the Freshmen 15, I have been running, rock climbing, and crunches.

Everyone thinks I am this skrawny kid with no muscles >_< I hate it, but then they poke my abs and think otherwise happy.gif
alchemist x
i play DDR ^o^
Kari_Neko
I run around town,which is about a mile I think,3-4 days a week.
Yeah,
I go to the gym most nights, work on my boxing, punch the bag etc.
I also play AFL ( Australian Football League) & that's a good work out since its prety physical.
Plus i eat tones of sugar and junk and my energy needs to go somwhere.
Artixte
I'm in the cross country team (basically running long distances, not track <-- different... My timing is really slow compared to my other team mates but I never stop running, and I thought I got a little better/healthier comparing my status to the past, I'm so happy!), I go to practice 6 days a week and run like 3 miles a days sometimes more or a little less and we add on weight room time on tues. & thurs. I think I'm gonna go for basketball in the winter and outdoor track in the spring smile.gif
Kevin92394
I just started lifting weights and I go on the threadmill for about 30 mins a day. I get lazy and don't do it sometimes though dry.gif
Cece
To stay in shape in run or walk. I'm excited to do track for my junior year. Go Spartans!
FMAobsessed
I do tae kwon do but I haven't done that for two years now.
Basically now all I do is walk around my campus constantly. I get way too bored just staying in my dorm room.
Bramblefox
I've recently started going with my mom to the gym (she works there in the mornings, so I get a free ride). I do mostly cardio for about 25 minutes and then lift weights or do strength training for about 35 minutes. I've missed the gym for the past three days due to a cold...*is missing the gym* When it isn't so blasted cold outside I like taking the dog for walks or messing around with the horses (which can be anything from riding to hauling manure).
Dead-Poet
I practice Tae Kwon Do and Judo. I train 6 days a week for the former and twice a week for the letter. I play basketball, softball and soccer. I occasionally play kickball and tennis with friends. I jog 3-4 kilometers thrice a week.

Amidst all this, I still have a bit of a belly. dry.gif
Forgiven
I'm to fat to exercise.
luluseason
I don't excersise much, but i like to hula-hoop.
its good for losing tummy fat apparently O_o...
kkg22104
^Hula-hooping is so much fun biggrin.gif

I used to be on a swim team and was close to actually having a six pack before I quit...and now I run a little but mostly play tennis.
kimonodragon88
I used to be in track, so I ran all the time. Now, I just walk for 2 miles every other day and I have a pilates DVD work out with the rest of the week.
Envy's Lady
I just go for walks. I don't do anything else.
JaronLoch
Boxing = Sports so I voted sports biggrin.gif

I just had a punching bag for my birthday last Dec 18. So now I'm enjoying my boxing activities.
