If so, then it's the famous "Tristesse" etude by Chopin, Op. 10, No. 3. I love that piece--I thought it had a huge effect when they used in the show. Like Josh said, is track 22 on the 3rd OST. Track 26 is Oshima's orchestral arrangement of the piece, which plays [spoiler]during the final scenes with Ed and Hohenheim in Munich.[/spoiler]

I looked for the lyrics, but all I found was a transcription made just by hearing There aren't official lyrics, and since it will be hard to find someone who knows romane to make the correct lyrics...-sigh-

I read somewhere that this song "Kelas" English title is "let's dance"

I have looked everywhere as well and am currently searching for information about the artist. I know that the famous Hungarian guitarist Ferenc Snetberger composed the music and played the guitar throughout. I went on his website, but I can't find the lyrics anywhere.

"KELAS [LET'S-DANCE]" Composed and guitar by Ferenc Snétberger, with vocals by Tayo Awosusi. It's gypsy, with the dominant accompanyment being a guitar. There're a few drums, but not much.
