I have one burning question about the first anime series :

"What happens to Winry after CoS ???"

You've seen Riza haters? O.o Really? I haven't seen a Riza hater my entire life.

I would ask "how is the everyday Central City civilian perceiving all the sudden events that are happening at the moment, as they are aware of and how are they reacting?" Like since there's a bunch of Ishbalan terrorists and Briggs soldiers running around, Central HQ is in a complete mess, Fuhrer Bradley and his son are missing, and there's a supposed coup d'etat occuring as well as the coinciding event of the eclipse, what do they think of the entire mess? Do they think it's war or terrorism? For the most part, the civilians seem pretty calm, but if they really understood all the events I mentioned, wouldn't they be in some sort of state of panic also?

....So, Riza haters? Gaspeth. I think Mustang's hot, but I'm not a Riza hater. I totally look up to her like a role model. But... hmmm, maybe they do exist. 8/

I'd ask her why she did not give Lust as much character development as the anime Lust got.
In the Manga Lust got little character development compared to alot of the other Homunculius. I'm not saying that Manga Lust has to be like anime Lust, but she should have gotting some character development.

Strangely, the only thing I could think to ask her is: "Will you be putting out another artbook, that's not only filled with finished pieces but also sketches?"

Kinda lame, but I really love her artwork and wish there was a third book...

Well I can partially answer that question. She is still working on Juushin Enbu so pretty sure she'll be continuing that after FMA. =P

My question, though a demanding one: Can you keep drawing FMA even after it ends? As a side story or something? I'd hate to see Ed and Al go.

I would probably ask

"Where did you get the idea of writing about alchemy?"
or something like that.

I would ask: Did you plan out the entire storyline before starting the first chapter? Because the fluidity and influence of every arc is vital to the overall plot, and it's like reading a novel (like harry potter, where even the third book contained a vital point for the seventh book)

Did you expect the series to have gone where it is today in terms of popularity?

"Can I have your autograph?"
"How do you be so epic????"
"Can you lend me some of your writing skills?"
"Who's your baby's daddy?"

Okay, seriously:

In Hughes'...you know...why did you have Envy be Gracia? Considering the previous chapters were stamped with 'Hughes the dotting daddy' with little on 'Hughes the devoted husband,' wouldn't Elysia be better, narrative-wise?

If its being held by a super-strong Homunculus, yes. Then again, was MangaEnvy not as strong as his Anime1 counterpart? At any rate, replicating Elysia's head would have been enough.

Why was Hohenheim such a womanizer ?

I mean he got a lot of girls around him like Dante and Trisha Elric and so on ....

Why did she make the protagonist a pipsqueak ?

Considering her action/fighting scenes flow so smoothly, I would ask her if she does any martial arts and if so, which one.

Also, I'd ask her about her earlier years in her career.

@ Naomi Kumikoh: I'm pretty sure Hoho being a "womanizer" only occured in the first anime and Arakawa wasn't really involved in the organizing of that storyline, so that's probably a question best to be asked toward BONES.

Okay, I have another question to ask her:
-Where did you get the idea of giving the homunculi "ultimate weapons", such as Greed being the Ultimate Shield, Lust being the Ultimate Lance, and Wrath being the Ultimate Eye?

I would ask why did she put hints of romance in the show(it kind of ruins the FMA fanbase)
