Haha this is a great thread! Truthfully I'd have to go with Hughes. I think not only would be an awesome drinking buddy, but he'd also be the most trustworthy of them all. He's a good guy, stays in good spirits and I couldn't see him allowing one of his drunk friends to go off by themselves and get hurt. The same applies for Riza. She's really calm, collected and level-headed. I think Riza would be the most sensible of the female drinking buddies.

I picked Hughes and Gracia. They're a married couple who go out of their way to take personal responsibility for those in need (just look how they were so good to Ed & Al). They would probably leave me curled up in my own bathroom instead of on the street somewhere or in a funny place where all my friends would mock me when I woke up.

I voted Roy and Riza.

I hesitated between Roy and Ed... But I think Ed is a little too young for me (15 and I'm 17) even if he's so cute so I picked Roy 'cause he's very handsome too. <3

And Riza because she'd be a good advisor, I think.

And to take me home, I think Maes would be a good choice.

And for Female, I voted for Izumi. Because she would be pretty funny drunk, too. I could see her beating someone up for no reason. So as long as I'm not the one her fist crashes into, it would be fun. =]

Al and Gracia. People who WON'T manipulate my drunkness so that everything hilarious I do is broadcasted to the entire nation.

For the ladies I chose Winry because she wouldn't do anything.....hopefully.

I picked Jean and Maria. Maria seems like a gal I'd get along with, And Jean seems like a good guy besides the smoking :x

But truth be told unless the drinking aspect of this was juice, milk or soda I wouldn't be drinking at all. I may be almost 21 and pass the legal age in Canada but I don't drink alcohol.

thats a good point. riza probably wouldnt get to drunk. and she`d be good to balance out my crack whore-esque drunk personality (which usually emerges after about 3 drinks haha).

i would say hughes definitely he seems like the guy who would stay sober. he's awesome and although my fav character is mustang, he's a bit too...wild i guess if he got drunk. definitely not kimblee, greed, or havoc. kimblee is just kinda creepy even though he's hot. greed might try to bang me if i got drunk. and havoc is kinda a perv. not too much at least.
for girls, hawkeye. she'll keep me from getting too drunk.

I'd pick Greed because he just seems fun. Despite the nature of his sin he has some vague sense of morals so I wouldn't be TOO worried about the trouble he'd get into..

I would trust both AlphonseElric and Gracia Hughes the most. They are both the responsible kind of people who would make sure nothing bad happens to you and help you home. They also wouldn't be rude or annoyingly sweet about helping you.

If Trisha was alive, then she'd be my top choice.

I choose Alphonse because Hes just to kind. He would'nt even hurt a fly! And for the girls, I choose Riza because..........I don't really got a reason.. 0.o

Huges, because he's the good boy and seems completely reliable to me.
And Izumi because she looks like someone who'll have a very good time while drinking, but still be able to defend herself and me while returning home completely drunk!

Alphonse, because he would never leave any friends under any circumstances. And Riza, just because she's both responsible and kind, as well as mature.

I picked Hughes and Marta. Well, we all know Hughes is an easygoing guy, yet responsible, so we wouldn't get into too much trouble. I think if I needed a friend to talk to, he'd be the one to do the job. He's wise and understanding. He was always there for Mustang when he needed him. I picked Marta because she seems like a pretty good friend when she was hangin' out with Al. She's a good listener and her loyalty to Greed shows she's reliable.

I would trust Ed, and (lol) Lust.

Ed for the fun xP. And Riza Hawkeye, she would be responsible and would point a gun at me if I drink too much .

I think our favourite military boys would be lots of fun. Fallman, Havoc and Breda would all probably be fun. Also, Winry, believe it or not. You could have one of those silly drunk giggling-fests with her.

Well for the fun I'd have to say Ed, Greed and Mustang, but as for whom I would trust that are the most responsible it'd have to be Hughes and Hawkeye as they both seem the most level-heade. Though I think Alphonse would be pretty responsible as well. Possibly Izumi too. Gyah! I dunno! I can't just pick one! Haha xD

For the girls for trust I would have to say Winry because she would just take me home or Schezka would take me home too. Alphonse would take me home to because he's nice. Now, Ed god forbid he'd take an embarrassing picture or play a prank on me while I'm drunk. If I picked Roy he might burn all my hair off if I was drunk if I pissed him off. Riza could shoot me if I said something wrong too so yeah...Al and Winry.

People I'd love to get drunk with just to have fun would probably be Havoc and Rebecca! That would be hillarious- I can tell! But Hughes would have to come too- I wouldn't trust Havoc or Rebecca to get me home afterwards!

I picked Al. He'd be most likely to stop me from doing something stupid! And if I did get drunk, at least I have a hot guy with me!

I was torn between either Greed or Hughes, but ended up going with Hughes.

Greed would be really fun, especially in a group, but Hughes would be fun too, and definitely better for just him and me. I think Ed would be a HILARIOUS drunk though, man, I can see it now; me - "Man you really are short" then Ed tries to say something but is really dazed like - "You know WHAT, peeeople say that to meeee a LOT, but ya know what? I am NOT shorrrt, no sireeeee, you can't call me a shrimmmp beaann so smallll ya can't see becuzzz I'm NOT! Ya know whattt? YOU'RE the shorrrt one!" Hahaha

Roy would also be a pretty good friend, and Havoc would make a fool of himself, and Al would be nice too, but might not be able to express his feelings well. I wouldn't dare drink with Kimblee though, he'd probably want to play a good ol' fun "drinking game" with me. For the ladies, it was either Maria or Riza, but I thought Maria might be a bit more enjoyable, yet both would be great friends. Winry would be a bit of fun and a bit of listening, but not enough of either, and Izumi would try to lecture me too much, and just keep talking if she were drunk. I can't even see Lust or Dante drunk o.O; maybe lust, she would be like a woozy lover maybe, maybe Dante would be like laughing about how evil she was?

Oh man I missundertood the point of the topic I didn't read the post of Elemental/Alchemist that it's supposed to be about who would you like to have fun drinking with.. I thought it was about who would be the one to take care of you when you're drunk (you know take you home and stuff)^^; That's why I voted for Falman and Riza coz I think they're the most reliable for that job coz they prolly don't drink alchohol. Ah well what's done is done.

Anyway if I were to choose who to get drunk with I'd just take a whole bunch of ppl: Ed, Al (after three hours of covincing), Mustang, Hughes, Armostrong, Havoc and Izumi. Oh and for manga readers: I'd take Ling too coz I think he'd be damn funny

I agree with you with Greed, the guy is laid back with a certain coolness - I would also like the Hughes - seems to keep good conversation as long as he does not show me more Elicia photos!

As for women, I would say Izumi; she is down to earth.

i would really trust hughes. he's a determined guy and i'm sure he would get people out easily. as for girls either riza or rose. riza has a sense of awe and power saying "do anything bad and you die" only you can trust this. as for rose i would trust her because she tolerates people and also probably knows her own place and duties

Don't really drink, but if I did...

Roy would be my drinking buddy - but Maes would be my wingman. Riza would be my wingwoman.

Though, to be honest, I'd probably go drinking with all of Mustang's crew (this does include Maes & Armstrong as well as throw in Maria & Denny for good measure).

Izumi would probably be the person I would trust the most (even though I hate alcohol XD)

It's hard to choose. For one, I wouldn't trust almost all those people on those two lists. I wouldn't trust Roy (he'd prolly have sex with me), Ed (I'll prolly call him short and he'll kill me or something XD), Greed (do i have to explain?), Kimblee (same as Greed), Rose (she'll prolly rope me into some religious thing XD), and Dante (she's and evil b*tch). I would trust Al, Riza, Izumi, and Winry the most. I just have this feeling that Riza will still be a deadly shot even if she is drunk.

The first places are definitely for Greed and Lust. Greed would make a party and about Lust... just imagine het getting drunk .

Also, Roy's military crew and people from Resembool (including Elrics) would be nice too.

I'd probably go out drinking with Havoc, Roy, and Breda, and then trust Hawkeye or Gracia to get me home. lol

I chose Havoc and Sheska a strange combination, but I think both of them would be a lot of fun after a few drinks.
