Okay, so, the concept is simple. Just discuss where you think one or a few of your forumers will be in 10 or 20 years. You can't say anything about yourself though. For example...Maybe I think in 10 years Bacon will be a successful whatever-it-is-he-wants-to-be with a wife and kids...and a mistress on the side
