There were a couple of really dumb movies last year
I think the worst ones were Hide and Seek and Son of the Mask (no offense to anyone who enjoyed those)

I would have to agree about Son of the Mask, though I never seen Hide and Seek. Also, Doom was a bad movie. :\ I can't think of any others right now, though I promise to update ASAP.

I forgot about those movies. =D Yeah, they sucked hard. The Dukes of Hazard movie was awful; it destroyed the characters and the overall point of the show.

The only dumb movie I saw this was Doom. Man, what a piece of shit. I didn't even waste my time trying to go see European Gigilo.

Batman was one of the few really good movies this year.

I haven't seen the new Batman movie coz I might not like it, but since most of the people are saying that is good...well I might download it after all.

Most of the remakes or sequals were pretty poor last year, not all but most.

And lets face it movies are never good if they've been adapted from a game (Tomb Raider, Final Fantasy, Doom etc).

K. Seeing that you have no information supporting your opinion I can already tell you probably haven't been off the computer since you got back from school, and the only form of entertainment you watch is anime from torrents.

Almost every movie of 05 sucked, there were only a few good ones. Speaking of crap movies, I'm glad Lucas is done with Star Wars. I thought he'd come up with something good after IV-VI, but I-III sucked hard *shrugs*

Fell asleep during the episodes 1 and 2....only stayed awake for 3 as I was at home.

^^ I agree (about the Star Wars,) 3 was ok, as in passing grade, but 1 and 2 were huge let downs for me.

As for the worst movie, I have to agree with others that "European Gigolo..." thingy was the stupiest movie (among the ones that went wide release,) and the "Duke..." one was the worst remake of the year, I think.

A lot of movies were not to my liking last year. I was very disappointed, perhaps that is why I did not attend the cinema as frequintly as I had once did.

Uhhh... *Hums for a really long time* I know there must be some bad movie I saw. I usually tolerate lots of things, but there had to have been something that wasn't great...

I suppose Madagascar was just stale. I haven't see any of the other bad movies out there.

well this movie came out in "06" and it sux.It's call Hostel.It's gross n it's the worst movie eva!!!!!!!!

Actually I'm looking forward to seeing Hostel...knowing full well how gory it is.

I'm not sure if this is from 2005, but...From Justing To Kelly was a waste of two-something hours. But again, I'm not sure what year. Poor Kelly...she rox, but that movie was almost as bad as eating dead spanish yogurt (I had food poisoning and I threw up in the park).

I thought Harry Potter was really poorly done... it's the lazy-director syndrome that we see in both that and Star Wars... they know innumerable people will go see the movie a number of times no matter how badly it sucks, so they don't even try to make the storyline coherent. Perhaps they weren't as bad as the European Gigolo and Dukes, but it's only because they were 1) Adapted from a book (how wrong can that really go...) and 2) had slightly better premises.
