Well naturally being on this forum my ultimate fave is Fullmetal Alchemist ....tied with Digimon (Yes, Digimon(mainly Adventure) , which was right at the top for a whole three years or more before FMA) !
But then... the others*bigger breath*
Yu-gi-oh! Duel Monsters(yes, Yu-gi-oh! One of my great addictions)
One Piece(got to just love this ...)
Yami no Matsuei(scary, but sweet)
Gravitation(sweeeeet, although someone should slap Yuki )

FMA is one of my favorites, though i am limited to how many i can watch living in america i also like inuyasha, wolfs rain, cowboy bebop, flcl, case closed. and that is about all ive seen that i liked.

i would have to say the one and only:wolf's rain. i watched most of the episodes and it is amazing. there are a few chapters here http://images.nonexiste.net. i implore you to at least look at this, its really is great.
