I probably wouldent be a state alchemist, but more of along the lines of the State Alchemist's Pack Lackey. Such as carrying all their paperwork and such, plus following their orders... Such is the life of a pack lackey

I think that... Time Alchemist is my State Alchemist Name, my type of Alchemy is haste the cells of the body, so they can travel so fast, and i can slow the the cells of my opponent, so it is like "travel" in the time

My friend decided for me a while ago that my State Alchemist name would be "Ice Maiden Alchemist"

Anyways, since my last post in this thread, I've come to the conclusion that I'm the Panty Alchemist.

Steel Heart Alchemist (obviously)! I would want to specialize in auto mail mechanics, only I would build auto mail by using alchemy (if that's even possible)! Using alchemy, I would make my auto mail as hard as diamond

I guess Spark Dragon Alchemist.
If I was able to use my bitbeast, Lightning Dragoon (I'm a Beyblade fan XD), to help me using Alchemy, I think that would be my name.
I've already designed my own Transmutation Circle, and I put my Dragon in it. (It's not the best, I know)
I don't have a favorite kind of Alchemy, I'ld probably do random stuff like Edward or something.
I could use the Electricity to bring light in the darkness.
It's still a big question if I ever would join the Military, I can't see myself fighting a war...

Since watching the FMA anime and reading the manga, I've developed a fan fict character. Similar to Stella_Mustang's, mine is a little sister to Roy, eight years his junior. Here name is Sally. (Ever hear of the song, "Mustang Sally"?)

Sally and Roy would be an unstoppable duo in the Military, especially since my Sally is highly unique. She is known as a Pure.

What is a Pure? When I have the chance, I'll post some of my writings in the fan fict thread or at my blog on myspace. Until then....

Well, that would be MY reaction if I woke up tommorow morning in a cartoon and some character I have watched on TV tells me I'm a state alchemist.

@ Amol , something simple....do you have a preference in an element? Air, Water, Earth, Metal, Wood, Fire, or Light?

Let's say you chose fire to be the main element that you manipulate, you could be the Spark Alchemist or Smolder Alchemist...

So long as you have something distinctly envisioned for yourself, then finding a name will be much easier.

i just though of another cool name for a state alchemist. How about the Dark Sword Alchemist, can transmute swords and use the metal of the blade into poisons, would be a very useful trick in battle.

Same as my username. The Obsydian Alchemist. I'd basically use obsydian in just about all of my transmutations from weapons to golems.

Anti Alchemist, adept at fighting other alchemists, as I would be able to perform Alchemy with my FEET!!!!! having transmitation circles in my boots i can transmutate completely by surprise onto unwarned enemyes!!! and my feet are always in contact with the gound, i can transmutate without moving a muscle!!!!

What about an electric alchemist? or just about a laser alchemist..(guess is more deadly than Roy's flame)

Damn, they used my title in the beggining of the thread: Quantum Alchemist.

But I would still be the Quantum Alchemist. You can make a lot of things if can change the inner structure of matter. (Like turning matter into energy, that unleashes a explosion that can destroy PLANETS!! Or at least continents.)

But since Quantum Mechanics is probabilistic, sometimes what I want to make will work, and sometimes it won't. If I want to kill Scar... he MIGHT BE DEAD AND ALIVE! (If you know about science you'll understand.)

"The New Fullmetal Alchemist" - I started writing my first fanfic about a year ago involving an OC - I gave that character the state title of "The *New* Fullmetal Alchemist," and liked the name so much that I decided to not only make it my pen-name on Fanfiction.net, where I began to post the story after I'd written about 7 chapters, but also my name here on this site and on any other site where FMA is involved.

I've found that while "unoriginal," it's still original... kind of like the name "Rover" for a dog - Rover is used as a dog name in tons of cartoons, and so is therefor "unoriginal," but I named my dog Rover, and every person he's ever met has always said that they've never *actually met* a dog named Rover... which made his unoriginal name quite original after all. Same with me, I guess! Like owner, like dog!

For me as my fantasy mind, the female character of Fullmetal Alchemist. Her name is Wilhemina or nicknamed 'Wil' ('Wil-u'/'Wil-chan' in Japanese) or 'Mina'/'Mina-chan' - mom calls her. She's a tough-talking tomboy (her brown hair is short with an antena) who hates calling her chubby, bimbo, babe, shrimp, piglet, plus-size, midget, freak, sweetie, tiny, fat, bean sprout and of coarse, small + pipsqueak. Also, she hates men....
'DON'T CALL ME FAT! I'LL STICK UP YOUR HEAD AND KICK UP YOUR ASS, YOU BUNCH OF @#$%^&* PUNKS!'
Also, she has a kind-hearted yet headstrong identical twin sister named Alma (the female 'Al'/'Al-chan') whose her soul trapped in an armor (her long brown hair in flashbacks). She had to calm her hot-tempered sister down.
The characters are the same. The theme song from Melissa to REWRITE still the same, but the haunting and poignant lulluby song called Η αδελφή μου/Αδελφές ('My Sister'/'Sisters'), song in Greek.
