Wow...I am soooo sorry that I'm late I won't bother giving you guys an excuse. I've never judged signatures seriously, so don't expect a detailed explanation for my ratings, like everyone else has given...

Riza- 9/10 It's really good. The only thing that kinda bugs me is that the pic of Al (is it Al?) on the right doesn't blend with the background like Ed does.

META-RIDLEY- 9/10 I love the rain effect! It's just that something seems to be missing. perhaps text?

Seventh sky- 8.5/10 Evrything just kind of jumps out at me when I look at your sig. The background, the pic, the text. Everything. Too much for me

Ailuro- 9.5/10 Awesome sig. The pic matches the text very well in my opinion. I love the background too. If you really did procrastinate that much, you work really well under pressure

Sesshy Kurama Bakura- 6.5/10 Kool effect, but it's a bit plain. Nothing very exciting. And is that white box in the top left corner supposed to be there??

Silver bg- I really didn't understand the humor in your sig. I didn't understand how the text was supposed to intertwine with the the clip and the picture. The clip seemed kinda random and uneseccary. But the picture was and the backround was really kool! I'd give you a 6.8/10 for the part that I actually liked.

Okay, since the majority wants another contest, I guess we should give 'em one I'm staying neutral until I know about the judges thing, but if Smoke and Dai-chan don't mind, I'm going to decide the next theme and due date.

The rules on this one are going to be a lot looser. Whoever wants to participate can still do so, but to let you guys get a head-start, I'll announce it early.

Theme: It should feature an anime female. You can do it from whatever anime, and it can be any character just so long as it's a female.

What I'd like to see next time

-more concentration on the character if that's the theme. some people did that better than others so I'm not saying not many people did it ^_~

-There should be more uniqueness within the designs. Some of the sigs look like the person spent a lot of time on the bg and not as much time working the person into the pic. The more a pic stands out, the better it looks, as long as it makes itself know for it's creative aspects.

Ending Comment

-It was fun seeing what everyone could come up with. I know some of you can do better but that's okay, not everything each person makes is insanely awesome. I look forward to seeing how much everyone improves overtime as well as how each individual will develop new techniques in order to make their works stand out among the rest.

Smoke Alchemist - 8.8/10
I like this old photo effect. Though I think adding some smudges or stains might've given it a more grungy old look. But that's just my opinion. I like how the red is the only color present. I <3 monotones. Although, the reds are different shades, so it seems kinda tacky. And.. it's sideways. =D That's awesome. xD

Dai-chan - 9.3/10
Ooh~ This I like. The background appears to be skyscrapers in a large city overlayed with many complementing effects to give it very distant and somber look. The way Rukia is running through, almost fading away, with the clouds of white, adds a certain charm and meaning (what that meaning is I don't know. x3) to it. They only thing I can find wrong is the font used. While I like the face of it, the colors seem off. And a bit flat. It seems I've said that a lot about your sigs, ne? *is a stickler for font* But very nice. =D

Riza Babe - 8/10
Um, what happened? It isn't transparent where it should and has a strange blue color instead. o.o ... Sorry, but I had to dock points for that. The butterfly is cut off awkwardly, but I think if you get rid of that, it would look much better. You did a very good job of getting rid of the background along the edges of Rukia, so very clean. The font I have trouble with. It looks too flat to be over Rukia. Since she is outside the border, I'd imagine she'd be over the text as well. Makes sense to me at least. *shrug* Love the background, yours are always so bright and crisp and clear and... squee~ Very nice.

edsgirl - 9.5/10
=o Marvelous. Simply stunning. I love your style~ The background is very well made, the use of squares coupled with the theme of the signature (military-esque~) really makes the whole thing mix together smoothly. I also love the color scheme. Bright, yet dark. Sort of like the setting sun, the day has gone followed by the dark of night. Now I'm getting too poetic. Ack. And, wow. I actually like the font. I love the shadow effect, adds to the light and dark feel. And the quality is very nice. I guess the only thing I don't like about it is the border. It just seems too plain for the rest of the signature. But, yeah, great work.

silver bg - 7.5/10
One word: Ow. The characters in the foreground need to have their contrast turned down. xD It blinds me. But they are very cute. The background is very well made, but all the arrows give the sig too much of a geometric and angular feel and don't really have anything to do with the characters. The font used for "Silver BG" seems a bit too plain, but it's amusing how it seems to be rolling by on a little track behind the characters, albeit, rolling by a bit too fast.

META-RIDLEY - 7.5/10
While the background is very well done and shows a lot of work put in it, the character seems to have been overlooked in terms of effort. The colors look they went through a ".jpeg-er". I can also see remnants of the background along the character's outline. The colors on "Evangelion" don't seem to match the colors of the rest of the signature, but I like "Meta-Ridley". But overall, I think it looks nice.

seventh_sky - 8/10
The character image is very smooth and clean, a characteristic of many of your signatures. I like the effect you did for the border, the lighter edge is an enjoyed deviation from the normal dark borders. I also like how the character goes over the border on some sides. The background is very interesting, though a bit boring. And the font! You always have trouble there~ It is a bit plain, the the pastel pink color seems like it's coming out of nowhere, it doesn't match any other color. And does that say "Meer Campbell"? That font is a bit.. weird. But it is a very nice signature.

Celestial Fangirl - 7/10
I know you can do better than that. x3 Anyway, the colors are very smooth but near the edges it gets... weird. The font looks flat and the colors clash with one another. I understand the effect you were trying to do in the background, but it didn't seem to turn out very attractive. The background is quite interesting, though. Sorry. >>

Is that character female? The quote is rather interesting but the whole thing seems to be of low quality, especially the character image. I like how the signature is cut into two main color schemes of cool colors and warm colors and with the shadow separating them. The texture of the background are nicely done and contribute to the cool/warm colors.

FMAlover - 7/10
I like the clean, crisp image you used (I've said that a lot, haven't I?). Though the background is pretty plain and doesn't seem to have much work done on it. And the font is lacking as well. It is cute though.

I'm so sorry for being so late! >_< Also, I would like to apoligize in advance for my horrible judges skills. I've never really judged anything before, for reasons your going to find out in a minute. I just know I'm either gonna be too picky about stuff or too lenient. Just keep in mind that I learned how to edit by clicking random buttons in Photoshop. I would have been completely pwned had I entered! I haven't seen some of the animes you guys are using, though.

I like how you faded and blurred Rukia over the background. It looks nice!

The purple background is beautiful, the text is easy to read, and I love the way Rukia's arm comes out of the border. However, you probably should have used a transparancy effect rather than coloring it blue becauase on some computers, such as mine, the color seems slightly off. I looked at it on a school computer and the color was fine though, so I guess it just depends on your computer. Also, it seems strange to have the butterfly cut off like that.

edsgirl - 8/10
I love the way you put the border slightly inside the edge of the image, and the colors in the background match the image perfectly! The shadow effect on the text is very nice as well.

silver bg - 8/10
I don't know what anime those characters are from, but they look familiar. I like the way the text scrolls behind the characters in the foreground, but it moves a bit fast. I found the background rather interesting.

META-RIDLEY - 7/10
It's very...blue. I like it though. The contrast of shades in the background is nice, but the pic of Rei in the forground lacks that level of contrast.

seventh_sky - 7/10
This is another sigs for which I have not seen the anime used. There's quite a bit of pink, but the black used compliments it well. The font you used is definately appropriate for the theme and is easy to read, due at least in part to the glow effect on it.

Celestial Fangirl - 6/10
I like your choice of pics for this sig and how the border is semi-transparent, but I think you used too much red in it. That shade is rather bright too. The way the text fades from purple to red is a nice effect, but your choice of colors makes it blend into the the background a bit.

FMALover - 8/10
The pastel colors are a great choice for the background! I like how the border goes behind Rosette rather than in front. The text is easy to read as well with constrasting too greatly from the background.

What, no bacon? - 7/10
This is one of the sigs I have not seen the anime used. I love how the shadow seperates the lighter side of the sig from the darker side. I can't figure out what the katakana says though. Is it a name? Yeah, it probably is. That or I read something wrong.
