I'm not so sure...probably through helpless babbling first, then shy looks and later, after I recovered from my staring and babbling... maybe I'd send a letter to try and explain my reaction..
But maybe I can be calm and in that case, I'd just try to strike up a conversation to get to know him or her better and tell him or her what I like about him/her^^
