The last FMA Movie topic with all the downloading, Moog hoax, movie discusion, etc. was all confusing and people just wouldn't stop posting their e-mails. And since it was a thread where it contained all the most important links for the movie I thought I make a new one for those who haven't seen the movie yet.

You would need to install bittorent for the subbed file. Try going here and download this program.

Below; what you need, click download Azureus.
Next page, click the second one. The lastest one in other words. Next, select your mirror from the closest place to your home. Click on the weird page thingy below download next to the mirror you selected and then you download. After you're done installing, go to the bakaupdates site and click on the arrowy thingy below BT. Done.

Yes, Fork's subb has been on BT for a while. However, many people can't do BT for one reason or another, (not in U.S., etc.) and if anyone can dl with BT, then create the direct link, that would be most helpful.

Is there any other way I can download the movie instead of using Bittorrent? (Bottorrent is not nice to me at the moment)

Yeah, Fork's sub was on mIRC channel for a while, though the last I heard it was taken off the channel. It's worth checking to see if anyone have it again.
BTW, the files are about 1.4 GB.

When I actually first tried to download it with bittorent, it didn't work. So I asumed that BT doesn't work. (not good with IRC) But then I tried it again just yesterday and it did work...

When I download the movie, and if Haruneko_Pichu-san still haven't put a directdownload yet, I'll try to do it.

I've got like 6 more hours to go till the subbed FMA movie is finished uploading. The first half anyway. I am glad the other topic is gone. That was so annoying...

We have a problem. X.x For some odd reason it has been stuck on "6 more hours" for the last 4 hours. it has not progrssed at ALL. 481.23 MB has been uploaded. if it doesn't move in the next hour i may have t restart... Which means 16 more hours of waiting.. x.x

I can't subject myself to the crappy theater recorded version. I know some of you don't care...
I don't know if there is more then one version either, but on mine the guy can't even hold the camera still, and you can't see anything in the begining. I'm going to wait till there is a decent fansub or it comes out in America..

Doesn't your computer usually let you know when it is low on memory?

Mabye an error? That happens sometimes during an upload...

I'm finally done downloading the movie...
For me, it kinda seems pointless because if you watch the RAW movie with the summary, you understand it mostly. And some Japanese words will come to you that you will basically understand everything. But still a must watch.

Ummmm, not always. I run out of memory when I was trying with other stuff on some other occasions, and it simply stopped dling, untill I cleaned up my hard drive and created more memory. So, yeah, that's a possibility, tho it could be some other problems. But, thanks again for doing this!!

BTW, it's OT, but.. Haruneko_Pichu, you know your sig and avatar have been showing no pics but red x , right?? (Just checking!!. )

Ummmm.... if you keep the downloading on going for about 20 min or more, it goes up to 200KB/sec. Then from there about 3 hrs, 4hrs? It didn't really take me that long though...

I found the file (with fan subtitles), and it only gots 20 more hours to go.

Ok, so that torrent does have subtitles, right?

Do not worry! I had the same problem with one of my downloaded movies. (FFVI Advent Children)
You just need to download the Media Classic Player. Just go to this site, download, and install and play the movie on that player.

[SPOILER]It was found out that Greed WAS created by Dante. Long ago, there was this man who fell in love with Dante. She also loved him. But then, the man died so Dante performed human transmution on him. Thus Greed was born. But Dante didn't revive Greed because she loved him, but to perform different experiments on Greed to find out different reactions to different kinds of Philosopher's Stone. This was discussed by Greed and Envy. Greed seemed to be PRETTY pissed off at Envy for mentioning it.[/SPOILER]

I have a huge problam....... i'v started downloading the special Ep in Azureus, and the download speed is stuck on 0!...... I need help.....

The movie subtitled was kinda crap at the begining... But in other words pretty good.

Anyways. I enjoyed the movie. Even though it dosen't explain Roy and Riza afterwords. I personally loved the movie. It was touching to me with all the scenes with Al and Ed.

Either, there are no seeders during when you were downloadin, or ur connect speed is low, or try it again. If it still doesn't work, PM me.

The Fork one is the same camcorded version right? But with subtitles.... Well, I'd rather wait for the official DVD to come out and someone can rip it to get the subtitles. Don't worry, I will also buy the official movie from Australia when it makes it here in 2.5 years or something.
