[spoiler]It dosen't seem to be 'him' anymore. It's as if a brand new other persona completely free of Ling-ness was transferred. Since he's saying things like "This is a nice body..." and when Ed shouts out "Ling!" he says "Ling... is that what this body is called?" And then "Thanks, Oyaji-dono." I'm wondering if this is the persona of 'Old Greed' who perished. I haven't read any of Greed's scenes raw... does he say "Oyaji-dono" to father? Sounds about right; good ol' improper Greed...

So... it is ze good ol' Greed's Soul, back from his Philosopher's Stone. Now Greed's in control of the body whereas Ling has become one more soul into it (or so it seems for now).

But Ling shall prevail!!! I say! She already killed Hughes, she can't kill two of the characters I love most! >_<

The 12th Son of the Emperor of Xing, who came to Amestris with his companions Ran Fan and (some guy..oh man, I forget his name)...and he came in search for immortality (i.e. The Philosopher's Stone) for the Emperor so that he can become the next Emperor of Xing. He's an awesome swordsman....smiles all the time (to hide his eyes as he says)....and is just fun! And he is great with Ed..they're funny together...hehe. And now...He's Gring! T_T...but we shall see how that goes...

He has evil eyes, an evil expression, that's why he keeps smiling, to nullify that.

He, like all the characters from Xing apparently, can detect "Ki" (spirit, lifeforce, you name it).
Like Mei Chan (another Xing character) he likes to eat a lot. And he NEEDS it, since he starves too easily. Go figure why.

Oh, and he's 15 like Ed (who's been almost-16 for quite a long while now x_x), but Ed barely reaches Ling's chin.

It´s a shame that Ling is not in the anime. Well, I haven´t finish watching the whole anime but I doubt that they are going to put himj ust at the end.
