Check with your insurance company. It's not a necessarily cosmetic procedure, so it may well be covered.
Unless she is experiencing pain directly related to her chest I doubt that they would cover any of the procedure.

Yeah right! That guy is a beast. By that I mean that he has tons of muscle. He flexed his arms when he won once and they were huge. But you're right that he is nothing compared to those other guys.
THOUGHT ON THIS SUBJECT:
-Weight is not the biggest issue here. Fat is your enemy not necessarily weight. You could be 6 foot 250 lbs and be perfectly healthy.
-It can be just as unhealthy, if not more, to be too thin than too fat.
-Genetics are a big part of how fat/skinny you are and we can't change that(yet), but I think that a lot of people use that as a convenient excuse as to why they are overweight.
