I think the song When you say nothing at all which has been covered by a variety of different artist is a good song for Roy and Riza. In my opinion it basically describes their relationship.

This verse just makes me think of how Ed feels guilty about Al's state.

This song reminds me of the anger and pain of Winry when she is about to shoot Scar, and to me it seems to be from Ed and Scar's point of view.

My current favourite is for Edward x Winry (surprise surprise) and it is Set Fire to the Third Bar by Snow Patrol feat Martha Wainwright. I think the lyrics speak for themselves but the line about "flaws in science" really makes it stand out amongst other song.

On a side note, it's the theme song of Hokuto Musou and also the image song of Mamiya.

BTW, Mouhitotsu no Mirai ~Starry Spirits~ (One More Future ~Starry Spirits~), theme song of SD Gundam G Generation Spirits (sung by Moriguchi Hiroko) sums up FMA pretty much.

I even make a list (the only thing stopping me from doing AMVs is the legal issues... well, I draw fanarts, technically, it's not completely legal *fanworks should be legally authorized, seriously*... however, I do the drawings by myself... when you use videos and music for AMVs, you didn't create them at all *but seriously, what the point in creating them yourself, especially the songs ? AMVs are fun because they're kinda crossovers between an existing show/movie/game and song... and sometimes, it can be pretty clever*... that's the difference).
