I voted for Envy.
Someone mentioned that anyone who lives for 400 years would have issues, but I think that actually counts against him.
400 years is more than enough time to mature and get over your father. Seriously, all his father did was leave him. I could think of worse things. Like beat him maybe. Or torture him. Or do a Tucker and meld him with a dog.
His consequent hatred for Ed was completely irrational and unwarranted. If Lust wasn't there, he probably would have killed Ed just because. Talk about misguided hate. It isn't as if Ed even got to enjoy his father either. Hohenheim left him too. So honestly, if anything Envy should sympathize and join up with Ed in their mutual father-bashing. Not kick Ed half to death in a screaming insane frenzy. It just makes him look stupid.
And his outfit? No. His looks? Even worse. As for the hair, I think he needs to get a new do already, the palm tree just looks stupid.
I would have voted for Shou Tucker, but he's so despicable I've put him beneath my notice. I find him pitiful, and he was pretty much off the deep end at the very last.
Wrath has about all the annoying qualities of my four-year-old brother, but worse. My baby brother certainly wouldn't go trying to kill people or rip people's limbs off. He cries when he sees a spider do that, nevermind people.
I can't forgive him for doing what he did to Izumi. The only thing I want Wrath to do is die, go away, and die. In that order.
Gluttony gives me the creeps. There's something to be said about the fear of being eaten alive. And his voice...*shudders* He's not somebody I actively dislike, but I don't want to be anywhere near him either.
Rose...what can I say? I admire a person who has the ability to think for herself, and Rose lacked the very quality I admire in Edward. In the end I felt like she replaced her faith in the Sun God for Edward's words to her at the very end "Mae ni susume, omae wa ashi ga futasu aru kara" (go forward, because you have two legs). The girl needs to think for herself.
Winry, I actually like a great deal. She's refreshingly new from all the other anime girls. There's something about mechanic/engineering geeks that just makes me grin. I prefer her obsession over wrenches rather than an obsession over say, a dress any day.
Then again, I'm a free-thinking atheist tomboy. Maybe I'm just evil.

=_= Lol, *pat pat* Yes, you're evil.
Just kidding.
It's wonderful on how you explained things so thoroughly. *claps* I like it.
