Ummm.. this kind of brings up something I've been thinking... but, I was waiting for MonsterEnvy to come back...@MonsterEnvy (or anyone) - (If you feel like it) on your spare time, is it possible to draw up some sort of, like, "Guidelines" for bringing any "potential" case to this court??
I think you, Popo and other regular detectives of this thread more or less know, from our experiences, that which one is ready to be brought here to be considered as the potential trial case, and which one is not, AND know that should we do that, we should also be ready to prove, in front of the sitting judge, the worthiness of the case to be tried on this court, with enough proof of the crimes, and the proof that other means have been tried to stop the situation, and such (or, at least, ready to be the instrumental force in investigating and preparing for such statement to be considered for the judge)... but those are probably not obvious to people new to this court/thread, and some who are just peeking into this thread may get the impression that as if anyone can post on this thread, just on their whim, to "tell"/snitch other members who might be showing some bad behavior, (then imedeately we will gladly jump on it and hung that member dry, or something.)
ALSO... this brings up my other thought... since we are at least sort of functioning as a real (in opposit of "mock" or joke) court for the board these days with this thread, with a sitting judge being a Mod-sama, and capable of handing out real "punishment" as a result of the decision on this court, isn't this thread kinda more appropreate being next to "GP" thread, and "GG" thread (and since they are being pinned, that means, this being pinned as well), than being as a one of Spam Central thread and floating among other regular fun "game" thread and such???
(It may give false impression that this one is also a fun or "joke" thread as well??)...

The Lightnig Emperor has responded, saying that he found the images on google. I'll get more oh the case.
Well on google, it's possible to find someone's DA page. But anyway, The Lightnig Emperor responded to me aswell. He/she/it has apologized and explained their behavior. If he/she/it is still required to come here, so be it.

How to hold a trial:
Getting started
1) If any see's the following it should be reported here;
2) On reporting any member may requset that a mod approved member*1 send a summons*2.
3) The reporting member can go back about their business.
4) Mods then decide if they want to allow this case to go ahead and either grant or deny permssion for someone to send a summons. (If denied then reasons would be liked but not required)
5) When the accused reports to this thread the case will begin.
Art theft trail.
Once the accused has reported here the fun will begin.
1) The prosocution*3 will post a link to the artwork(s) in question and wheere possible links to the actual peice.
2) The accused may defend themselves:
If the art is from DA (as most peices are) and they claim it's from their own account then will be asked to change their real name (on their DA profile) to "Innocnet" thus proving their claim. they go free
If it's from another site the link should be in the description/post and the artist credited (even if it means crediting yourself). They will be asked to provide Line-art/a photo of the piece next to the computer (open on this site ofcourse). If neither modes of defence are possible (Thats possible not practicle) then it's down to mod discretion on how to continue.
3)Failing to meet these requirements will result in whatever punishment the mods feel will be most enjoyable.
Repeated n00bish behavior
After the accused has reported here:
1) The prosocution will post a link to the post recent acts (hoping to whoever that the mods did not delete them all).
2) The accused may try and explain why they have maintained poor behavior.
3) Pending any unforseen interference from Perry Mason the Mods will "Layeth down the Smackage."
The accused's "rights"
The accused is still a member of this forum and the prosocution will maintian their usual level of respect when dealing with said member.
If the member feels he or she is being treated unjustly then they may have a mod review the session.
If found inncoent of all "crimes" then they are free to to post without mailice (read: you can't keep calling them an art thief and you will forget this incident for the time being.)
*1: These are (supprise) a short list of members who may send the summons.
*2: The summons will be sent by PM (yeah, I'm not leaving anything out here) and may be composed however the sender wants. Keep it formal though
Provide a summation of the charges so the accused can form some kind of defence.

I tried sending the summons for the Mecoto trial. She either has private messages disabled Cor her inbox is full. Could a moderator please put a notice on her signature saying that she has to come to the N00b Court.
I think that for trials, we should all stick big bold letters saying something along the lines of 'PLEASE COME HERE' or something with a link to the N00b Court. I don't know, it may work.

Could we please stick my guide thing on the first post, make a list of people who can send summons and deal with Meteco.
It's obvious she has abandoned the Metaco account and moved onto the stupidly long named one.
A temp ban of a warning would be nice or it'll make this look like a joke that can just be ignored.

1) I gave him plenty of warning.
