I'm thinking that a large part of it is her being a newbie, and maybe her being a hyper (I'm guessing ) And, being young. Yap. She is 12 years old.
(Tehehe, I can imagine Ailuro-san rolling her eyes and saying "Another 12 years old??!!" )
But, she seems to be willing to listen and learn, so, instead of trying her as a defendent at this point, if some Mod-sama can kindly take time to "sit down" with her, so to speak, and explain what's ok, and what's not ok, that might do the job... (Again, I'm kind of guessing. )
(And, in case it was done once already by some Mod-sama, maybe do it one more time??...because sometimes those young ones can't get it all right the first time...)
That is, if any Mod-sama would like to try that approach, beforef bringing her for "trial."

As for Chiyo's (possible) defendant, she was reminded about the guide/rules threads quite often on her spam threads as she started making spam thread after another spam threads, moments after she became a member, then later reminded again to read the rules threads when she posted on the "Welcome" thread.
At that time, this is what she had posted there:So, hopefully, this means she'd heard us, and has read the forum rules some time. (*crossing fingers* )

BTW, I noticed I haven't seen her making another spam threads for the last couple of days, so hopefully, those rules had finally sank into her mind... (*crossing fingers again!!* )

I might believe that all that stolen art might be the hacker uploading it. Or am I stupid? Feel free to say it. panzer boy 88 had befriended me and I thought "his" art was really cool. Yet, I saw some of the art on photobucket and google. Then, when I heard they were stolen, I felt stupid, once again, and I've also gathered information that says panzer boy 88 was on a trip for a week. I'm not sure how the person knows that much. Anyway, I'm just confused/concerned as to what will happen to his account.

His galleries were deleted and since only members and admin (like Bryantq) can delete members galleries it's not hard to figure out that he was caught, deleted his galleries and has now reappeared as "the dude" to defend his sorry ass.

I've heard two of them now. How many are there? I always like how when people compliment their "art" they're all "thank you, I'm glad you like my art" When they get busted they have the nerve to act suprised. "How did that get there?"

I kind of doubt Panzer boy will show up for court, it think it was pretty clear he was guilty since his galleries were deleted after he was busted in the GG.
