I LOVE FMA!!! I am totally hard-core (I think). I have over 70 pics on my PC, have every translated manga, spent a month drawing a perfect Al, got L'Arc~en~Ceil's CD, and memorized READY STEADY GO! I do other things but, I'm starting to get tired. I wanna hear about other ppl.

I'm definately a hardcore Full Metal Alchemist fan because right now I'm questing for all the FMA stuff out there in existence.

I do that all the time. (I spend as much time as possible in anime con's dealers rooms) I also got an auto graphed poster.

I'm as real as you can be! Hehe, I've watched the whole series over like 10 times maybe. The plot is incredible, when I was watching it for the first time, I could not stop after I hit episode 40. Is tayed up until around 4 AM on a school night to finish the series because if I didn't there was no way I could focus at all.

Of course I'm a hardcore fan!

I am a hardcore FMA fan. I know everthing about FMA I am like the FMA dictionary lol I have a ton of pics I does be on the computer looking for more and more info on my fav show in the world. I was on a no stop search for the movie all summer. I put alot of determination into this show and even though I can't darw I does still try to darw FMA pics. I have read the manga virsion too. To me FMA is my mission in life and soon I will have my very own ED and Al plushies and keychains n ect.

I don't think I'm a know-it-all (cause I've only seen the AS episodes), but I know about most of those episodes theye premired. The only way I would have missed something would be because I didn't catch that second of a scene. I mean really though who here isn't a hard-core fan? Except for that one person GGGRRR!!!!! *stares at an FMA pic on my notebook* ok I've decided not to kill that person. (don't get me wrong I'm still mad). You are very lucky for the fact that FMA kicks ass.

I would probably call myself a hardcore FMA fan. I own 1-2 of the american manga, 1-4+8 of the japanses all the episodes..... though they are burned, I own the first artbook and 4 burned OST's.

I questioned my hardcoreness until I remembered that I have two FMA cosplay costumes. Ok, one done one in process.

Sure, anybody can buy a bunch of stuff and fill their shelves but can anybody make themselves a costume and walk around a con like an uber-dork?

well, i am a hardcore FMA fan all the way, except i dont have much money/time anymore so i cant make costumes but if i did have the money and time i would make the best one out there no 10$ costume, also a true aspect of my Hardcoreness is my goal watch 51 episodes 51 times each. question my hardcoreness and DIE!!

in any case, there's no rule saying that people who post at our forums must be "hardcore" fans. it's immature and unfair to harass someone for merely being honest on where they stand, and anyone who is hostile towards another member because of that can expect to be punished.

the poll may be edited later so it's not just "yes: hardcore" and "no: fraud," as some fans may not consider themselves neither hardcore nor a fraud.

yes i am so obsessed ,i have t-shirts,keychains,the epi's,pictures i printed and over 500 pics on my compy @.@ and also i can recite some of the episodes without even looking

Oh my god, I'm so fricken obsessed. I always waste my allowance on FMA stuff (only FMA, not other animes), I get very little sleep because I stay up till 1am to watch episode I haven't seen yet, and I always have to borrow friends' class notes because I'm too busy daydreaming about FMA to take them myself (seriously, and now they're all getting pissed off at me ). And I can just ramble on and on about wierd things I do because I'm a crazed fan. *sigh* I just can't put down that magna book.

My best cure for not getting distracted in class is relating everything to alchemy or FMA. For example, in biology we had to memorize the principles of matter (it can't be created, can't be destroyed, etc.) and it was surprisingly easy for me to memorize. Specially the "In a chemical reaction, the product of it cannot have more or less matter than whatever you started with" :| (and for some reason, everytime I said that what came to my mind was "This is Alchemy's first rule of Equivalent Exchange".)

See, next time my parents complain I'm to obbsessed I'll say it has good study tips or something. That'll never work. My parents are set on "hating" anime. Oh well, as long as they by me stuff.

i think a real fan is just one who loves the show. i wouldn't get too obsessed though, that could be dangerous.

i have all the us dvds though. which is crazy, seeing as how each only carries four episodes, and they'll probably release a box set one day.

I most definately am! I own a watch, have watched the series about 10 times, memorised all the words, own Yellow Generation (among others) CDs, have an auto-graphed poster, have joined around 10 fan clubs, have over 200 hundred pix on my PC, have written a book for after the ending, am currently reading the manga, have made several websites, have an msn account called fullmetalfreak and on loads of websites my name is rizarawks among others, im quite good @ drawing anime, i have pefected Al, Ed, Winry and all of them as small kids, and actually CRIED on episode 50/51!!! I prefer the Japnanese subs 2 da English dubs tho...

I'm not obsessed with FMA like I use to be, but I'm certainly not a fraud. If I had the money, I'd spend it on FMA junk, like my brother does with Initial D I've seen all the eps, but I still follow along with the dubbed versio, just to see what it's like.
