From FMA: Ed's and Roy's alchemical techniques. Hands down. Non-alchemy-related weapons/powers would be Lust's fingers and Hughes' little push knives.

From other anime:
~Saya's katana (Blood+ - and the second one is even cooler)
~Haji's daggers (Blood+ - they're so shiny and ornate and you won't see 'em coming)
~Saber's sword (Fate/Stay Night - and it's invisible most of the time, but when it appears and she unleashes her Noble Phantasm...wow)
~Archer's unlimited blades (FSN - more of an ability to create a lot of swords out of nowhere. And his Noble Phantasm)
~Sango's Hiraikotsu (Inuyasha - yes, it's huge and it's a boomerang. What more could you ask for?)
~Van's sword (Gun X Sword - It's a metal sash when it's not used, and the hilt is held like a pistol. Then when he unravels it, it straightens out into a sword that can be spun to create a shield and even summon a mecha from space.)

Hm.....this is hard. I love Allen's Crown Clown,and then Lavi's hammer,and Lenalee's dark boots,AND Kanda's mugen.

AND then there's Train Heartnet's Hades.....gosh they're all awesome.

I really like all of the zanpaktos from Bleach, the sharingan from Naurto (if that's considered a weapon), the Geass from Code Geass, and Tetsuseiga from Inuyasha.

The best weapon I have ever seen would have to be Teeze from D.Gray-Man I mean come on they are evil black and white butterflies that at Tyki Mikk's command can devour a whole person or puncture a person's heart so Tyki can watch them die. What could be cooler?

I LOVE d.gray-man weapons. I think alot of them are really immaginitive, I adore lenalees dark boots <3 and tease XD

either tensa zangetsu or mugen. funnily enough me and my bro have them both as cosplay props

if the Zaiphon powers used in 07-ghost can be considered as a weapon then it is ...
if not, another cool weapon that I consider is the busuo renkin or arms alchemy ..

This isn't really a 'weapon', but a 'power': In Darker Than Black, Wei Zhijun has a power to blow up his blood when he flings it at people. Its insane.

(This is of course second to Roy Mustangs fiery, clicky awesomeness - but that goes without saying ahaha)

i consider the GLOVE a weapon....thats wy i mentioned his GLOVE with the TRANSMUTATION CIRCLES


WEI does have a similar power.....but he doesnt use somethin (like a glove/circles)....roy does...
