- instead of the usual 3 or 4 art requests this issue, i have ELEVEN, all of which are due tomorrow and were given to me today or yesterday. rather than the normal WEEK AND A HALF in advance.
- lang midterm tomorrow, but i haven't read the kierkegaard, freud, sartre, niech-something, or kant readings.
- skit in japanese tomorrow in place of the chapter test; group's coming in an hour to write the script and practice.
- need to do more interviewing at the middle school tomorrow for my story because the teachers have to check if it's okay for them to talk about the topic i'm interviewing on.
- have to do two chapters of chinese homework by tomorrow, so the chinese school teacher won't yell at me as much when i ask to take leave next week during the midterm.
- resisted the urge to strangle the yearbook and newspaper layout artists/editors that kept bugging me for art, but i did throughly cuss them each out.
- this sucks. sucks. don't know how to get through the next few days.
- on a brighter note, i got my first college acceptance to UC Irvine, which was my safety school. hopefully the rest won't all be rejections...

i think they drink this stuff called Bawls? they have caffeniated coffee-flavored mints too, but i've never tried those either. generally, caffiene doesn't do much to me. ;;

-Corrupted my mom with anime. The woman who never cared much for anime (or any type of cartoon in particular), came in and watched one episode of DNAngel and she got hooked. Then I corrupted her even further by making her watch Full Metal Alchemist. Now, she says that tomorrow night I'll be able to corrupt her further since she won't be working this weekend.

- spent the last few hours practicing our japanese skit/musical, part of it to rudolph the red-nosed reindeer, part to o christmas tree, part to william tell overture, and the last part to FMA's melissa. XD
- was tightening part of my desklamp by turning the metal knob, and i snapped it off by accident.
- still have to read for the lang midterm....the sartre second reading is impossible, with it's pour-soi and en-soi crap. don't really understand kierkegaard's concept of the telos either. XP

- tried a new type of cheese today. an Irish cheese... oddly enough it was called Blarney castle cheese, if I recall correctly. It was actually very good. had a unique flavor.
- can't understand why I'm still up at 3 am when I have a test tomorrow morning...
- my friend did my make-up and did it slightly J-rockish... just one problem... it actually looks really good on me. Makes me look just that much more exotic (I guess, compared to most people on campus, aside from those who are actually asian, I'm considered very exotic looking )
- silver and black are apparently very good colours on me.

- i hate waking up at 5:20 in the morning, realizing that i wasn't supposed to fall asleep and not only do i have a crapload of work left, i have to grasp kierkegaard's concept of the paradox of faith, as well as nietzsche's apollonian-dionysian duality and other things i dont get at all, before the midterm i have first period. haven't gotten around to any of those art requests for newspaper, either....
