This evening the Class of 2007 council voted on this year's class t-shirt design.
The front is fairly typical with the School Crown etc.

The Back however will say "Kant Touch This"

XD you'll have to figure out a way to steal me away from the convention, though. it ends everyday at 3ish, but we're not allowed to wander out for lunch like we did in the DC conference last year, because apparently columbia's in a shady neighborhood and they don't want people getting mugged or anything. if they go see a broadway show, i'll see if i'm allowed to go out to dinner with you or something.

and i'll try to find out where exactly in columbia we'll be, which hotel we're at, etc.

- fell asleep in the shower again. woke up, got out, started drying hair, and then realized i forgot the "shampoo" step in the washing hair process. =__=;; .....oh well.

- still haven't done much homework at all, haven't studied for calc, etc. but rather sleepy.

Haha, who said Columbia's dangerous?

Harlem is about 10 blocks north..but I don't think its a problem.
Morningside park is supposedly dangerous...(but since its at the bottom of a small cliiff I don't imagine you'll be wandering there

)

The only thing dangerous on the campus itself is slippery marble on rainy days and the random frisbees which get flung around on the nice ones

Its actually quite unpredictable...the past week was rather warm (I only needed a light jacket)

But then yesterday it started snowing out of nowhere

So I'll make the guess that it'll be pretty cold and there might be snow lying around when you visit.

As for your weaponry: I find the coconut much more intimidating (besides, hasn't Mace been outlawed?)

Don't worry though, you'll see once you arrive on campus that this area of manhattan is actually a family neighborhood. (there's often more pre-schoolers playing around in the mornings than anyone else sometimes)

There's also a group of old asian ladies that do Tai-chi every morning in front of the Journalism building

edit: I actually would have been more freaked out by DC (some areas seem really dead since no one walks about)
( and its the murder capital of the country)

I figure where there's a fair amount of folk walking about, things are safe

Current thoughts:
-I'm a slacker/procrastinator...same difference
-This project is kicking my butt
-Once upon A Roy is hysterical and I think scared the kids next to me laughing. People need to visit each other more often, and record the results of the conversations held. Still cracking up at the "burning retinas!" XDDDDD
-I really hate my boss here at school, since she decided that the RAs now need roommates next year cause we'll be over capacity. Do the words "We're sorry, but you cannot attend this school unless you live OFF CAMPUS!" or how about a simple "No." to the number of people wanting to come in?
-I absolutely despise this college in all it's money grubbing glory. And they're only getting one more year's worth of tuition out of me, cause next May, I am so out of here!

- katsucon weekend was great, lots of people loved my R.O.D. costume (and the fact that i was carrying around/reading Dante's Divine Comedy).

- sunday evening not so good. went to ER with breathing problems

- have acute bronchitis.

no fun at all

- work in 2 hours despite the 102.7 degree fever... I hope i throw up... because if I do, I'm going to do it on the boss... that'll teach him to not accept doctor's excuses...

- not as many FMA cosplayers at katsu as i was expecting...

- sleep now

That's typical of forums. Basically unless you get fresh new people to replace the old people who move on, you'll have a dead board. So, it's always in a board's best interest to encourage more people to come and offer help to them get used to the boards.

A message board is what you make of it. If you sit back and complain the place is dying out, then it will. If you generate growth and interest, it'll be able to ride through the rough times

-What's with the current flood of guest user posts lately? I think it's annoying, cuz I can't tell who's who.
-I need a flash drive.
-Frozen food never beats the fresh product.
-These boards dying? Not anytime soon, I think...

thoughts:

- wish I had the appetite to eat something

- missing radio meeting... wonder if I made it into the lock in or not...

- get to watch roommate play Xenosaga II tomorrow! squee!

- sad, I didn't get any pics of fma cosplayers... surprisingly there weren't a whole lot of them running arounf katsucon...
