--Just spent half my weekend at a friend's house getting lost in Seattle. Well, the general area, anyway.

--Of course, now, I'm really tired. The fact that everyone was using I-5 to get home because the other freeway was closed, making my trip roughly 1.5 times as long didn't really help things.

--My brother's coming in on Tuesday! We really have to clean out his room! All the crap that's accumulated in there over the past 6 months... ew.

--I hear mint tea is supposed to be good for the digestive system. I just like it 'cause it tastes so good.

- My big fish died.
- On the same day Michel Jackson and Farrah Fawcett died, I found it's large body floating motionless in the fish tank.

(not that there is any correlation.. just died on the same day, so now when I see MJ's death stuff on the news, I get reminded about my fish >.<)
- That one had been around, like, several years?! Mostly uneventfully healthy, easy to take care of, and friendly, like, comes up to you when you go by the fish tank... until yesterday.

- I spent a good chunk of time cleaning the fish tank today.

-Something is wrong with my laptop. Every time you turn it on, it will only show a black screen and you have to take the battery out, then it will turn off. And it makes me mad because my parents didn't listen to me. You can't have anything plugged in while it's loading. It's always been like that, but of course they didn't listen. And they they blamed it all on me. Bleh. So my dad said he would fix it, but he hasn't. If that was his laptop it would have been fixed by now. Anybody know what the problem is with it?

-On a lighter note, my mom gets paid tomorrow. But we still might have to shut off our internet till Thursday when my dad gets paid. We owe lots of people money.

-Yay! Pancakes!

-I swear this episode of Law and Order:CI was actually an episode of Law and Order:SVU. >_<

-I went to get new glasses yesterday. I've been wearing my old ones for over three years, so it was time for new ones. My eyes have gotten worse.

Anyway, I'm going to pick them up on Tuesday. The frames are rectangular and a dark red color.
-My aunt and uncle took me shopping for shoes this morning. Honestly, they're not completely my style but my aunt was so nice and all I couldn't really refuse...
-Fuji apples are the best.
-Wow...Katy Perry's version of "Long Shot" really sucks after hearing Kelly Clarkson's version...

Forgiven--Oh no! Losing all my stories and stuff like that would be MURDER! (This actually happened once, so I feel your pain.) Is there no way at all to get it off your current computer?

CTs:

--Began my semi-annual complete cleaning of my room, which not only involves the weekly vacuum and dusting several times over, but the cleaning out of the closet, desk, and bookshelf to see what can be sold, tossed or donated, and what should be kept. I actually cleared up 10 square feet of floor!

--There was also 50+ lbs. of mail from colleges. All of it (except for the stuff from the school I'll be attending) went to the recycle bin.

--I really need to learn to not be so messy in college. My roommate is either going to have to be a clean and patient person, or as messy as I am.

--Also started cleaning out my e-mails. Hopefully this is the start of better habits for me.

I don't know. My dad said it was the hardrives fault. But I might get a second opinion before I throw it away. Cause knowing my luck, when I do, I would have found out there was a way to fix it. Those Royai fan fictions that I wrote for Royai day were all in there to. *sigh*

-Speaking of cleaning my room, I should do that tomorrow. My cousin in gonna start moving some stuff in, which means my sisters bed will have to go to my room. Blast. >_<

-I might go swimming tomorrow. Might.

-I went through an extreme makeover today. Got my new glasses and a haircut as well. I now have bangs for the first time in my life, and it keeps feeling like there's something on my forehead! It's hard to recognize myself in the mirror now. My hair is super short, and it almost looks like Clare from Claymore XD All I need now is hair dye, silver contacts, and a claymore

-My nails are too long, I need to cut them again.
-Dunno whether or not to believe that the world is going to end in 2012...there's actually some scientific theories behind it o.O
-...My bangs are bothering me...again...

-I feel so down today... probably because of the weather.
-About the 2012: I think it's not the end of the world... I think it's more of 'the start of a new era' probably the start of the 'global warming age'

- Today was my day off and it was completely wasted. I didn't get out out of bed till 1pm, then spent the next two hours watching my roommate play Grand Theft Auto. I still have a giant sink full of dishes to do. Funfunfun.

- My mum called me a an hour or so ago to tell me that our dog has died. Realization hasn't quite hit me yet, but I still feel pretty miserable. Poor Jessie, she was such a good dog. I'm going to miss her a lot.

- Sneaky bastards at the phone company manipulated me into this phone deal, then today I find out that if I go through with it, the call rate will go up and I'll be locked into the contract for two years. Yeah. No. Don't think so.

- I'm realising how much I'll miss my computer when I'll be away on vacation. I mean, a lot. I know that I'd need to switch off my mind from anything here when I'm away, but my pc and the friends I have online will be missed a lot week starting from the 3rd (that is from next Friday onwards... I'll be back on the 10th...). And... one of my friends left this morning and I'm missing him already. Geez, I'll have so much to catch up with when I'm back (new FMA chapter and new FMA episode above everything!!! Top priorities when I'm back

)
- I still need to pack... well, I still have two days... and summertime hours at work start from tomorrow... awesome! Hopefully these will be useful to rest and have a break from the hectic winter schedule.
- Why on earth do I always feel sick when important stuff in my existance is going to happen. Go figure.

-First thing tomorrow morning I'm heading out to Hawaii.
-A lot of my high school band is going to play in honor of the 50th anniversary of Hawaii.
-Our music is alright...
-I kinda feel sorry for the other passengers on the planes. Half of us are on one plane and another half are on the second plane, but there are plenty of people just trying to enjoy they're flight over to Hawaii. Not realizing that band nerds have some of the most stupid conversations EVER. An actual quote from a trombonist who sits next to me after being asked to grease his slides. "I would really prefer it if KRISTEN greased mah slads." And this is all the time. In front of the whole class.

-Cleaned my room so that my dad will put my sisters bed in my room later on, my cousin is moving all his stuff in now. I guess my sister moving in won't be so bad. She sleeps in my brothers room 99% of the time anyways. And she is not allowed having friends in there, nor is she allowed playing in there. So I guess this could work out. I freaked out over nothing I guess....

-NO! Internet is going to get turned off tomorrow! Gotta beat my aunt at Waka Waka before hand!

-I don't know why I didn't get into Michael Jackson's music before he died. *dances to Thriller*

*Managed to get some time away last weekend at least, and got to see an old friend. We spent all of our Sunday sat by the river, reading and daydreaming. Apart from getting nipped by a Swan and being headbutted by a dove is was rather pleasent.

*Grace - I'm sorry to hear that, one of my friends lost his dog recently too.

@sidekick: China is paranoid about the swine flu. When we got to the airport, people checked our temperature three times before letting us out. If even one person on the plane had a fever, we all would've been quarantined for a week.

CTs:

-I didn't have time to get online yesterday at all. We spent the whole day taking pictures at one of those professional photography places, with make up artists and dress up clothes. By the end of the day I was starving and it was hard to breathe in that strapless dress. Hopefully the pictures come out okay, otherwise all that hard work would've been for nothing.
-Yum, peaches.
-I think I had a weird dream last night...except I can't remember it...
-My dad's leaving tonight, he's heading back to the US. I get to stay here with my mom for another three weeks.

I know that a few people have died from the swine flu where I live, mostly kids.

I finally get to MAKE a cosplay for FanExpo...and I'm scared as hell. I mean, look at this:

I think I may just take the easy way out and be Aura, regardless of how much I LOVE Aina's outfit... ah well, I'll see what happens. I may not have enough money to make Aina's if I have no money left after buying my new wig for my Gothic Lolita!Kakashi cosplay... Oh well.

I've finally finished the first season of Higurashi. Though, I still hate FUNI for it's skipping DVDs. I think I'll just buy the box set when/if it comes out...here's hoping Kai will be dubbed (I doubt it)

-Animated Kakashi Gaiden and 3rd Shippuden movie all come out a little after my birthday...like a gift to me <3

You can really do a lot with nursing though...there are so many different types and career paths that you might find something you like...there's a lot more to the job than people think (although I'm biased 'cause I'm in nursing school

Oh good, swine flu has hit my town. All the kids in school are either scared or delighted as they think we'll close the school. Only 2 weeks left to go at least, and I have to decide if I'm going back in Semptember. I have blistered a blister on my foot...thats what I get for walking round Cambridge all Saturday then working in a place that requires me to be on my feet all day. Much raw flesh...nasty.

Well, I decided to see whats been up around here.... I know it's been a while. I've been busy. Got a crappy job, joined a crappy school newspaper, I take on to many hard classes in school. (Actually since I failed Geometry I'm supposed to be working on it this summer so I can take Algebra 2 next year and then Calculus Senior year but it's soooo boring. XD ) Anyways I got amnesia so I thought now would be a good time to pop in and say Hi to everyone.

Anyways... My thoughts.

-It's late I should be sleeping.
-I don't want to go to work tomorrow. I hate crazy busy weekends and most of my co workers are annoying.
-I love youtube. There's some pretty amazingly funny videos on there.
-Why doesn't my mom have Windows messenger on her pc? Oh well, none of my friends should be up now anyways.

--Black cherry yogurt + fresh-picked raspberries + a few oats = wonderful concoction! (So is a PB&J on an english muffin!)

--Walking a lot has brought up my endurance quite a bit. I don't know if I'll ever work up to running, but at least I won't be tired out just walking from class to class in the fall.

@Aribelle - Personally I'm quite careful with the dosage on painkillers, but I know lots of lots people who eat these pills like candies, especially some older people I know. They think if 2 tabs work good, then 4 tabs should work better, or something. And, try telling them about "proper dosage" and "danger of liver damage" usually goes "in on one ear and out the other," and it's rather scary how careless they are about this. So, for that, I'm kind of glad to see that something is getting done. ^^

I completely agree that they should probably change the labels since so many people are accidentally overdosing, but from the way I've seen it being portrayed on the news it's making it seem like regular doses of products containing acetaminophen (the active ingredient in Tylenol) are going to be harmful. If you take them over a prolonged amount of time (I'm talking a few times a day for weeks) then yes, it's not good, but the same can be said for Advil, aspirin, Motrin, what have you, so I just wish that the media would clarify that taken as recommended, acetaminophen is probably going to be fine (I say probably because nothing is 100% in medicine lol)

-Went to the Fire Work show in town with my family. It was pretty fun.
-My job sucks but I can't quit.
-I bought T Shirts online two days ago. I should've bought em last week, they'd be here by now.

Oh. Hey, I have a funny story that recently happened.... So we bought a DVR a few weeks ago. I was watching a recording of House at three in the morning and when it was over I pressed the LIVE button. Apparently whoever was watching the tv before I was had been watching HBO. Also apperently late at night HBO shows pornographic movies. When I turned the live cable back on I saw two naked chicks totally going at it...
