The image is probably cached in your computer. You should refresh the screen and it should hopefully update the picture from the actual host rather than from your computer cache. That happens to me too sometimes.
Zidane Tribal, from FFIX. You may not recognize him from my avatar, since not very many people even know about Yoshitaka Amano's involvement in FF art. But the particular one in my avatar is actually on the back of the instruction booklet that comes with the game.
