I found an empty clamshell and opened it to find a spider with a web spun in one of the halves, and she was carrying her little round white egg sac with her. How fashionable of her to move into a clamshell so the egg sac would accessorize with the pearl motif.

A lot of grapevines growing nearby. Found one overhang where they were ripe and picked a bag, but I don't think it's enough to make a batch of jelly. Maybe just a small one for now, and then I'll wait till the others are ripe and have a big ol' harvest. I can't believe it's already been a year since I've done this!

Floods have begun to go down, many places will still be without running water for at least two weeks though. If the UK had a rainy season I'd understand BUT WE DON'T. This was going to be one of the hottest seasons we've ever had....but no, most of Europe is in a heatwave, UK is wetter than Julia Roberts acting.

I think I have way too many plants. I have a habit of randomly planting seeds from fruit I ate(well, ones that tasted good anyways)and they just sprout. I currently have 3 strawberry plants, a (small) grapevine, apple tree seedling, a peach & some cherry seeds sprouting right now. Well, I have a venus flytrap too, but obviously I bought that one. It's cool to watch random insects crawl inside the leaf, trying to escape until the leaf shuts! Muhahahaha!! ㅡ_ㅡ;;; sorry about that. And I accidentally dropped my succulent plant thing that I don't know the name of, and the leaves all fell off- I stupidly thought that it'd be cool if I got to propagate it through planting the leaves. Now, as a result, I have 30+ mini-succulents taking up room in front of the window. Akkkkk!!

Urgh, what I hate more than an assignment leecher is an assignment leecher who apologises consistently after being bluntly old that I don't appreciate their work stealing and pleads you to work with them again.
Gosh, what do you expect? That I stay in their group and like a blind slave, do all the work while those two just sit there laughing and tell the rest of the class that they're gonna get the top marks because "Katy's gonna do all the work for us and she's really smart so we'll get good marks".

Eek, I hate it when someone from another part of the mill comes by and rather than ask the adults around they decide to ask the kid.

can't they figure out I'm probably a summer student and won't know a thing about what they ask? ._.;;; And then I feel embarrassed cause I have no answer to give them...

Maybe it's because you usually don't see a kid in what appears to be 'their own office'. (It's not tho! DX It's one of my bosses' - he's just on vacation and I use it while he's gone >>)

I read the previous pages about the horrible stuff that happens on DA. Aside from the annoying glitches, none of that has happened to me. Maybe it's because I keep a low profile and avoid flames when I can.

Yeah, DeviantArt's actually NOT crashing and spazzing out on me today. Something to be amazed about X_x

I find it funny how if I mention Seth or Fire Emblem in my journal, BAM, people who never normally comment on my journals will post on there. It's very odd.... And my royai fanfics seem to be fairly popular on DA too...

now to go stalk Gaia and Facebook and see what's going on.

Oh, and one of my friends didn't know who Hannah Montana was. I found that amusing, considering he complains that I never watch TV XD

dA has the crappiest loading time ever. And the comments always freeze up. And if you clear your messages/deviations, it never clears on the first try.....
