I heard something like "scrape" so I thought she wanted me to take some butter off. Then she goes off looking like she wants to bitch-slap me. On top of that, she was old and wrinkly, so not pleasant to look at. 0_0;;

Bio essay was on estrogen and progesterone NOT the nervous system. 8D
*continues to spazz out for a while*
Unfortunately, since I hadn't reviewed that stuff as much, it took me a while to recall some of it (such as every function those two hormones do. Oh I could pick out several, but a lot of them were really what FSH and LH did =/) I basically had to rush through the essay portion, cause I had spent so long on the regular written response part that I pretty much ran out of time. XP Beh, oh well. I did much better than I thought I would, all that counts.
Although I can't say the same for multiple choice. I think I did worse than I thought I would...but I hope I'll still get a satistifying mark.
Got a major case of the roffles during the multiple choice tho, when I came across a question that involved absinthe.
WTF, why does that name keep on showing up in whatever I do? XD My favorite scene in Moulin Rouge? The Green Fairy scene where they drink the absinthe and start hallucinating the, well....green fairy. What do I discover absinthe is made with? Anise, which happens to be a name from two of my favorite video games (Tales of the Abyss as the name of a playable character I love, and briefly mentioned in Legend of Mana, in the 'History of the World' encyclopedia as the name of an evil witch). And a few other incidents as well. I have, as a result, develop a slight obsession with it (not enough to actually drink it, but enough to giggle whenever it pops up) Seeing it on my bio exam sent off many "!!!!" in my head. X3;;; *loser*
But anyways, w00t! Exam hell over! Well, it won't be ofifcially over until my math test on Wednesday but like hell I'm studying for that. I've never studied for math once, and I got the highest mark on the final exam in the class last year, 6% above the second highest (I know because I was one of my math teacher's favorite students and he left me a message on our phone to congratulate me. =3 Oh, not to be confused with the moron I have this year. My math teacher last year was an awesome guy. >_<) so I think I'm good. People often misinterpret my hatred of math to mean I'm bad at it, when really it's because I hate doing all the tedious stuff involved with uber long questions. It's boring. I'm much more in my territory with English. >>

^Yeah and they even give us a formula sheet on the test! What's the point of studying? Math isn't about memorization, it's about knowing when to apply the right formulas, and if you don't know which one's the right one to use, then you figure it the hell out anyways. Over half the test is multiple choice. You'll figure it out eventually (unless it's vectors >>)

Stuff like this happens constantly. When I was about 8 I heard of some Airport I'd never head of before then over the next few months I'd hear it at least once a week.
All these words were there but until you become consciously aware of them (in this case because of the scene from the film) you never really notice them.

Oh yeah, totally. I know that, and that's what I'm figuring it is too. But I'm still kinda freaked out over the anise part. XD
Mmm...I don't watch movies much, so Moulin Rouge! was the only movie I saw it in. Every other movie wiki lists on their "absinthe in pop culture" page I don't believe I've seen. Bio test was still the last place I ever expected it to pop up tho. (although thinking about it, it's not surprising, given what the question was asking)

Well, by my calculations, if the 4-gig POS I have now stores 70 albums, 30 gigs should store about 500, which is about 70% of my collection.
And anyway, 30 gigs is the standard for later-model iPods.

Tombow - The only benefit that I had with getting all four wisdom teeth pulled at once was that I did not have to re-live the experience with just getting to two done then going back for the last two. But the swelling was awful. My head with from "." to about "O" in size. Hopefully, I will never have to get any more teeth pulled.

(they give summer jobs to children of their employees attending post secondary education. pays REALLY good, $14.50 an hour Canadian. That's what my mom makes. O.o) Originally, they had me down to work in MRS, which is basically lawn maintenance. But after talking to the lady today after she called about this, I've been transfered to be an administrative assistant, meaning I'll be working with computers and desk work. <3 Yay.

I don't hate RoyxRiza. I've posted in the Royai thread a few times, because I actually like it a little bit. But I think it's gotten very overrated and there isn't that much good of it out there in terms of fanfiction anymore. Alot of it is pretty cliched I'm finding. =/

We want to have fun with this and have it be a close compeition. Last time we did Heal and Hurt it came very close between the final two characters (I think Hughes won by what? Just 3 points?) You just need to find good fanfiction of it. HughesxRoy is one of those interesting pairings that's really challenging, as you gotta work around the marriage obstacle but still keep them both in character. Alot of time, fanfiction of it takes place before the marriage (mostly during the academy days), in the alternate world (our world), in a completely different AU scenario all together and sometimes you come across what we call 'Hughesmonculus' (actually not as common as I thought it was when I got into this pairing) But there's a whole lot more than that too. You just gotta find the right fanfiction. It was the fanfiction that really got me into this pairing. <3

Hey everyone, Sharingan Serpent here (Or Greeny for most of you that know me on the Forum longer) for the last couple of weeks I've been doing fine, having fun with my friends at the bowling alley going to Dama-Con and having a blast, but I can't seem to find any good Manga for a long, long, long time!! Plus I've been downloading so many Manga Doujinshi's of my favourite Anime pairings that I feel like I can'tfind anymore, either that or waiting and It's not fun to wait for the good stuff

Also I have to help out around the house until I can find a Part time job, and also I hae to wait on the forth volume of Saiyuki Reload which is a pain, but some good things have been good, at the convention. we've been having a lot of fun and we even caused some havoc over the town which some people weren't amused by... by first of all having a war with the grabbers (Mainly hair pulling, but it's fun) and the anime is great, cute and funny, I couldn't stop laughing when I left.

The company I just got done building a website for decided that instead of having me as a salaried employee, it would be more cost-effective for them to have me on as a contractor. I'm a little apprehensive about it because I'm apparently not entitled to receive any insurance coverage because I'm not part of a union this way. Supposedly the money is better, but I need something with a reliable benefits package.
At least I'm gonna get a pretty nice check for what I've done for 'em so far.

Didn't do to much today, but we went to a library and got myself a library card and checked out this book called "The Boy who couldn't Die" It looks awesome and the description on the back was a pretty good on also

Speaking of Xenosaga, were the games any good? I bought the first one on clearance the other day. I've had trouble playing my PS2 because television has appealed to me quite a bit.
