Congrats, dreamcatcher! Wow, radio...I could never do that. I have trouble talking on the phone...^__^:::

- Came home (a very relaxing walk, I must say, though I don't know why--there were more people on the sidewalk than I was comfy with--3 other people, I think, and that's 3 more than my comfort zone), got the mail, and found out I was accepted to the University of Redlands--first acceptance letter!

actually its supposed to be a smaller version of this, my guess is that there's a caching error somewhere and thats why its trying to show my old avatar but with the new dimensions

I do believe it can be used as both plural and singular (like "sheep"), depending on the context.

Current Thoughts:

- I still haven't finished typing up everything I wanted to. And it's quarter past 2300.
- I still can't believe I splurged and bought something for myself today. And it wasn't cheap either. But oh, it looks so nice on my desk . . .
- I still feel hungry.
- I feel like going with the flow and making every member mention in bold.

I bought what is called "Sun Tzu's The Art of War Book and Card Deck." I passed by it in the university bookstore today and just had to get it. It comes with a translated book (too bad there wasn't an original Chinese version; I would've bought that, too), and 50 cards with a passage on one side, and a small commentary on the other. And the set comes with a little stand so I can prop up a chosen card and stare at it all day. It completes my work space. biggrin.gif

No, I don't visit Home Depot often. I only went tonight because I needed some supplies for my senior project. Warehouse-like stores intimidate me. Too large and warehouse-y. But Costco's the exception. They have free samples. biggrin.gif

And the restaurants appeared to me in this order: Long John Silvers, Something else that I couldn't remember...Farmer's...something... and Panda Express.

- My dad said he heard the cell phone go off, and told me to go answer it. Note that he's at one side of the house and the cell phone is on the other, and I'm somewhere in between. I was very certain the phone did not ring. Just confused...blink.gif

Thats awesome! I loved that text when I read excerpts from it for my Chinese Civilization course.
