and somehow i feel learning theories and doing numerical is way better than learning weird names and exception .... biology was never my cup of tea...
I cant learn too much , rather understand things is easier.

Whats to methylate a gene ?
I can understand some bit ... oh well forget it.

You can talk of phyics to me if ya want ...(or even Chemistry !)

anything ... other than Optics and Electrostatics in details.
I'm still learning these things...
You can talk to Wave Motions , Thermodynamics , Elasticity , Preasure and Viscosity and anything in detail ....
But surely not bio .... may be elementary.
I wish my friend could talk you , she could have kinda communicated better in those terms !

@Amol-lol, methylate is just what it sounds like... you add methyl groups (CH3) to specific nucleotides and that will cause that gene not to be able to be transcribe (ie, no protein making today) lol. As for physics and chem....yeah...let me tell you. There are soo many days in the lab that i wish i actually remembered that stuff...especially when the other day my proff flipped out bc she couldnt find the molarity of our stock HCl....long story. But my point was, if i remembered how to do all that stuff i learned as an undergrad, i could have been able to remedy the situation.

Why dont you come to my university and then i can throw out my lab partner and you can work in my lab...and it would be fun...you can even bring your friend....there's always room for good ppl

CH3 is like an Alkyl group and how do get an alkyl group added simply ?
Its like R-CH3 , there is supposed to be another Radical Attached right ?

She is really good at the dissecting and stuff... sometimes when i see the frogs , i pity them ... just cos they have a similar internal system arrangement you cut them to see whats it like inside ! And each student cuts a frog .... none puke , its like theres gold inside ! She is also good at chem... she can make soaps and stuff...

Oh great...i just realized that i have an assignment due tomorrow that i didnt start yet because I was too busy trying to get my paper done. And i still have tons of grading for Friday for my bio kids to do....not to mention labwork.....and then we go back to the paper....uggg

Apparently all the channels that airs those animes was owned by one single company so it will be easier for me to make my complains...

Last improv writing class was today. I need to find some other place to have organized social activities with other writers or actors. Preferably one that doesn't cost so much. :[ It might also be nice to have classes with people closer to my own age.

Had lunch at a little Japanese restaraunt. It was cheap, but not really all that great. The octopus salad was good, though.

Other news: We've been running a pre-Diamond/Pearl Pokemon tournament (3 friends and me) at school (play at lunch). I've won my first two matches. The matches tomorrow and Friday will determine who I go up against in the final match. I did not expect to be doing so well.

Today was my Math Contest, and to no surprise whatsoever, I didn't get any awards or anything of the sort XP. The test itself was hard, and I blame it on my own math teacher, half of the stuff on the exam I haven't even learned yet and some of it we were just learning some of the basics to it. I was surprised that I finished, well, technically I did, we had 10 minutes before the test was over and I wasn't even halfway done

So when the time was up, just guessed on the last few. After that, we went to the Mall and got lunch and just roamed around there for an hour, went back to the awards ceremony, got ice-cream from a local Dairy-Queen in a nearby town, and I fell asleep on the way home listening to my MP3 player. Got home around 4 and my mom got off of work at 3:30 so she was a little mad that the bus came late >_<.

Current Thoughts
~ What a day

~ I really need to get a bigger MP3 player, at least one with more memory

~ Woot, I just realized that Wednesday is over for now, only have 2 more days for the week

- No more religion classes. Now I'm so sad; I love everyone in my religion class ;_;

So, my older sister badgered me into getting a Facebook. I've not been very interested in joining a social networking site and especially now that this Facebook is pretty much exclusively for contact with her, I need to censor myself and be wary of who I associate with on there.

Maybe I should click "Interested in Men/Women", "Very Liberal" and "Atheist" on my profile and see how long it takes her to become 'Seriously concerned' about me. But I'd generally rather just avoid conflict with her.

NYSSMA is really scary for me, but I don't sing; I play piano. I used to play really well under stress, but now I just freeze and forget my piece.

Elise- Sightreading is EVIL! D=< Last year, the lady gave me a piece to sightread that was 1 level too high for me, and so I got freaked out, then she realized that she gave me the wrong one

And when I finally got the right one, she didn't give me enough time to look at it. D: But to my surprise, I didn't get any points off of it.

Yay, I just got $27 from one of those CoinStar machines after saving my change for the past half a year. =D
