Thoughts:

-SC used to be fun, but just annoying now. I only bother looking at threads whose last post was by someone who's interesting to me to not waste my time anymore.
-Although I was offered a postion, I have an interview tomorrow with another company - I'll get to practice up on my interview skills once again.
-My daughter is getting into Pokemon - the game & characters not the tv show. It's good and bad in that she now tells stories and we pretent to catch pokemon at home.
-I think I'll have to tape one of her story times and find a way to post it online: just another way to show off my beautiful daughter tongue.gif

Current Thoughts:

- Came home and had a shower.
- I'm ahead in my Opera 101 text readings. It's what happens when you get a 60-minute break at school.
- I still haven't touched my Logic text.
- Logic professor is . . . kind of boring. Therefore, the class becomes less interesting than I initially thought it would be.

To be honest, it doesn't get much better. In the beginning, all you do is stuff that feels like common sense. What text are you using?

Right now, we're going over forms of (in)valid arguments. We've spent two classes on it already. I feel like the class is just moving a little too slowly.

You must be doing things like syllogisms and the square of opposition (AAA, EIO, etc...).

Does your syllobus look like it's going to eventually get into predicates and quantification?

We haven't gotten into Syllogisms yet, but the class topics are as follows:

- Basic Notions of Logic
- Identifying Arguments
- Logic and Language/Informal Fallacies
- Categorical Logic: Statements
- Categorical Logic: Syllogisms
- Statement Logic: Truth Tables
- Statement Logic: Proofs
- Predicate Logic

Anyway, I'm more than happy to review something. It's your grade, so you'll still need to check it anyway tongue.gif. But it does help to get different opinions on things sometimes.

It's taken a while but I'm almost caught up with Bleach. At first I thought the anime might lose its appeal...but now I see how great episodes in the future will be.
