I don't know if anyone noticed, but I've been unavailable the past two days. Long story short is that my mom came home on Friday afternoon, told us to pack and that we were going to grandma's house, no further explanation. (This was out of freaking nowhere!) Well... I won't get into the reasons, but there was talk of not coming back, and it was rather odd and surreal, and right now we're home, and I have my nets back, but I still really don't know the whole picture or how this is all going to work out.

Well, yeah...but it also means that the work has to be done on the computer (with some exceptions)...that's how i found this site, after all tongue.gif Although, grad school is a bit different than UG, but they both still sorta revolve around comps smile.gif

A very long time. Trust me. I had a recent obsession with jigsaw puzzles (which didn't last long, because I'm so impatient) and my grandmother gave me this 1000 piece puzzle. I gave up on it; it took so long... now my mom is working on it.

I'm slightly jealous... although not anymore, since the wacky weather changes (fluxes from beings 30 degrees one day and 70 the very next - no joke) have stopped, we've had lovely, sunny weather with wonderful breezes - ahh, spring is in the air! smile.gif

~ I've started volunteering with a friend at a local animal shelter - cute puppies! smile.gif I may have to get one... blink.gif Must... not... give in... to the cuteness...

~ My history teacher was awfully nice today - he randomly called me up and loaned me a DVD that the history/social studies department bought so I can use it for my history project... and it wasn't a documentary I could've rented, either... Very nice of him. smile.gif

Yea im so happy i just received another summative task.
Cant get enough of them.
Ok enough of being sarcastic.
For the past few weeks I have been having headaches. Always around 1pm.
I just cant workout why im getting them at that time.
5 weeks latter I still don’t sleep properly. I think I stress out 2 much. That could be part of the reason why I get a lot of headaches now.
oh well not much I can do about it.

A very long time. Trust me. I had a recent obsession with jigsaw puzzles (which didn't last long, because I'm so impatient) and my grandmother gave me this 1000 piece puzzle. I gave up on it; it took so long... now my mom is working on it.

I just LOL'ed myself DED.
Mostly because I was just listening to that song "Fergalicious" on my I-Tunes.

I am *SO* adding "Rizalicious" to my daily vocabulary.

BTW, those organic cheddar crackers... are they made by a company called "Annie's"? (I know their logo is a bunny.)
Annie's makes really good whole-grain pasta.

All the stores around here (including the market that accepts meal points) are full of Annie's foods. Good stuff~

mei has lost faith in the first shower stall in our bathroom. Having to dodge the water every 5-7 seconds because of changing temeratures from mildly warm to scalding, scalding hot is not what a shower's about.

Tazo's Wild Sweet Orange Herbal Infusion tea works better as potpourri than as tea. >_>

As expected, mei's umbrella broke. One of the arms/frame thing snapped on the way to her evening class. Not fun. Thankfully, by the time she was out of class, it was only sprinkling, so she rode a bus to Walgreens in search of a replacement, but all they had were the kiddie, baseball-imprinted things that wouldn't cover mei's backpack even if she figured out a way to mount it there, so she walked two blocks down to Longs Drugs, where mei found a sturdy red umbrella at an affordable price. (As well as two boxes of Twinings tea--green and Darjeeling--for $5! ohmy.gif) On the walk back to her dorm, it started raining heavily, so mei stopped by a large-ish tree and struggled to open the umbrella, which wouldn't budge. Once the panic of a broken umbrella subsided (there was a lifetime warranty tag attached to it! That's gotta count for something!), mei felt around the handle for a button of sorts, hoping that this was one of those that shot open...and shoot open it did!

Mm, yeah. That's about as exciting as mei's days ever get. tongue.gif

Mei-- I swear. Every college dorm has a shower-stall of DOOM. I lived in the same dorm all 4 year of college, and we also had the crappy stalls. In our case, they were the ones with NO WATER PRESSURE at all... O.o

mei supposes she's a little better off than you were...out of the 5 shower stalls on mei's floor, one works great (high water pressure and stable temperatures) and another is acceptable (stable temperatures but lower pressure). And if worse comes to worst, there are other floors whose bathroom we can use...but that's weird and awkward and somewhat bizarre. ph34r.gif

Gah, creamy banoffoe pie all down me again. Such a stressful morning though I couldn't be arsed to make food so I went to my little sandwich shop on the way home. Baguette along with apple, sage and thyme flavoured crisps and organic lemonade (the real stuff). Bliss

Liz has become officially more of a camera-whore than me. And most people here know my MovieCosplay, been here long enough to be verging on vintage.
