Lot of stuff on my mind right now...


I have a bronchi infection D: I missed four days (not even counting weekends) of school because of it. On top of that I had the flu and I STILL don't have an appetite. (I've been averages 1 meal a day for the past month. I've lost a lot of weight because of it =( I'm not anorexic or anything, I try to eat, I just get so bloated, so I don't force myself anymore. It's really starting to freak me out. I thought it was just a phase but it's been going on since late December so I'm not too sure...Dang it, I love food! ;_;)

And...a friend of mine attempted to commit suicide three days ago. It was the scariest thing I've ever been through. When she told me "Goodbye Courtney, be happy..." I knew something was up, but she promised she wasn't gonna do anything drastic. Then, later that night, I got this horrible feeling, so I called her. She was bawling and said she tried to break her promise but her parents stopped her. I started freaking out too and somehow, I don't know how so don't give me any credit, I calmed her down and she stopped thinking about that. I'm still shaking about the fact that I almost lost my closest friend. If she died I really don't know what I'd do...

@Summoner Colette That must've been awful...when I found out my best friend was cutting herself I had a major breakdown...I can't imagine a friend and suicide...

I think Void/Bacon should switch back to one of his former screennames. I was like, "who the hell is Abstruse Eulogy, and how are they a mod?".... yeah... I liked the olde Bacon bits the best =[ It was a fun screenname, lol.

I hate relationships sometimes.... They are so %*&$#@! confusing sometimes... damn emotions. You suck!

I emerged out of hermitude and ate out with a large group of people. ph34r.gif

Actually, I expected it to be quite fun, and it was. It was a sort of high school alumni dinner--everyone who went to my high school and is attending Berkeley/in the area came...well, except for the people who couldn't make it (among them my brother XP). We spanned 5 years of SV graduates, with a grand total of...11 people. XD (not counting those who couldn't make it, and those whom none of us knew/kept in contact with) But yeah. It's rare to see everyone at the same time; hell, it's rare to see them at all unless we have classes together, which most of us don't. So it was great to catch up. smile.gif

And oh, the food was yummilicious~ And inexpensive! We ate family style and split the bill, with each of us paying only $5/$6. =D

But, you do deserve credit!!! You probably saved her life!! Good for you!! And her!! Hope you'll keep talking to her. Sounds like she needs it!! I can imagine that this must have been a major shock to you, but I hope you can be strong, and keep helping her!!

- Just had a egg/ham/cheese sandwich for lunch. Mmm.
- Got a Japanese lab and then choir today, then piano.

Yay!! Getting my matchmaker results tomorrow!! (But when I'm away they're doing a dating game in the cafeteria - at my school we do tons of gameshow spoofs, I'm sad because I really wanted to watch that sad.gif )

On the plus side, I'll be getting Twilight Princess soon and have ordered a Gamecube memory card, Wavebird, and Metroid Prime. Need to see if I can find Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance locally.

I...I can't work with Middle English. I don't know it well enough, so I don't know if I'm pronouncing the words correctly, so I don't know if the rhythm is as I think it is, and, and...the differences in spelling throws me off. sad.gif

Today will be a slow day full of note taking and hard work. Luckily I managed to find myself a passage in a book specifically on Wuthering Heights adaptations....its too old to coverthe one I'm doing but its a start.

Tonight: Hurray, out for a meal then drinking till I'm blind and sleeping with the first bloke (or girl) I grab. Oh well maybe not that far, but yay for going out

Totally kicked my lab partner's butt with presentations this week....but that should teach him a lesson to not to try to steal my thunder. I mean, i said that i was doing a topic..and suddenly he decided to do the same one to show off to our proff/advisor that he can do better than me....yeah, i can't let things like that happen. But you would think that if you wanted to be reared as the knew Master of said topic (which i am concidered), you would go and research every angle of it....which he didnt. So i still have my title..happily...bc of his ignorance and failure to answer the most general questions on the topci. And furthermore, on the second presentation yesterday...he decided to ask ME questions after he was done with his presentation...in hopes that no one would ask him questions...yeah, that backfired too. Ya know, i used to think that generally ignoring him would help....but my level or tollerance for him is quickly diminishing...but i have NEVER picked on him when i was presenting EVER...i think that is childish and stupid (not to mention mean, concidering that he prob wont know the answer anyway). How jovile. But my friend suggested that maybe he wants to be like me...which is a scary thought.... ph34r.gif

I am thinking that I am wanted some of that soup I made last night. It had a little bit of basil, bay leaf, Beef Bullion, garlic, pepper, Onion, peas, corn, carrots, green beans, potato, and some tomato juice and some vegetable juice. I also added a little hot pepper and some Italian spices but not much just enough to make it good.

American Anime Awards are coming up on Feb. 22nd. I wish I could go, I won't even be able to watch it on TV! What a bummer. It's going to show on an anime channel. I'm not sure what it's called exactly. I'm really hoping someone will put it on Youtube. FMA has been nominated for most of the catagories. happy.gif
