I have two projects due today.

Interesting.

Anyway, I did a judo roll on hardwood the other day, and it wasn't to pleasant.
That's why Funderful likes mats.

Also, I watched Nausicaa of the Valley of the winds yesterday.
I find the fact that Uma Thurman was in it amusing.
It was rather confusing, and kind of made me wish I rented 'Porco Rosso' instead.

Also, I forgot to mention I mailed Vic Mongtana (I spelt that so wrong sleep.gif) The other day asking how old he was (I imagine he's middle aged), and he told me he appreciated the fanmail but didn't dare tell me how old he was because he wants to be much younger. Does anyone know his age range? I'm just curious, and I'm not good at guessing.

And one of the manga I got it a novel of Devil May Cry, but they changed Dante's name to Tony...funny, Dante does look like a Tony to me in some strange way.... mellow.gif But I love him all the same wub.gif

@Funderful - I've met Vic once. I'd say he's around mid-twenties to early thirties, give or take. And no, I'm not going to look it up.

Actually I feel kinda shallow right now. Everyone else is having these long, drawn out thoughts, but all I can wonder is when the chapter 66 RAW scans are coming.

My classmates are really, really random. We have a poster in my Social Studies classroom with all of the US presidents on it. Someone suddenly shouts, "Hey! The 14th president looks like Edward Scissorhands!!" Strange thing was, he did look like Edward... mellow.gif ... It was just the most random thing I've heard in weeks.

My thoughts:
-I don't know what pages to read for homework, but I don't feel like walking 5 steps to go check. (Have I gotten lazy in the past few months??)

My cousin asked if I wanted to earn a few bucks doing data entry for her over the break, and so I replied to her email with something along the lines of, "Sure, why not, I won't be doing anything anyway."

And she tells me to send her a resume.

And I'm like, "Wha??"

I guess I was wrong in assuming this would be a casual favor for family...Then again, I would be getting paid. mellow.gif

I hate doing resumes. It makes me feel so inadequate.

YEah, though first offence (which it prob is at this school) is just as warning and doesnt go on permenent records...at least i know thats what happens for the undergrads. Since we're grad students, we may get thrown out...which is what Tombow and Asu warned about...i need physcial proof...which is why i need to get my hands on a copy of his paper....

@Steel Heart-..haha, i dont think he ever got a copy of that brochure...though if he got it, would prob just take it and change the author's name on the front to his and call it his own....maybe he will change a word or two in it, if he feels compelled...

Even i know This so called "Santa Claus" is not real, What the hell, I found this little 5Step process that if he existed, He's Dead now smile.gif

1. There are approximately 2 billion children in the world. Since Santa does not visit Muslim, Hindu, Jewish, or Buddhist children, this reduces the workload to 15 per cent of the total, or 378 million. At an average (census) rate of 3.5 children per household, that comes to 108 million homes.

2. Thanks to the different time zones and the rotation of the earth, Santa has about 31 hours to work with. This works out to 967.7 visits per second and a total trip of 75.5 million miles. So Santa's sleigh has to move at 650 miles per second.

3. Assuming that each child gets only a medium-sized Lego set (2lb), the sleigh is carrying more than 500,000 tons. A reindeer can pull no more than 300lb. Even if the "flying" reindeer could pull ten times that, Santa would need 360,000 of them. This increases the payload another 54,000 tons.

4. 600,000 tons travelling at 650 miles per second creates enormous air resistance. The lead pair of reindeer would absorb 14.3 quintillion joules of energy per second each; they would burst into flames almost instantaneously, creating deafening sonic booms in their wake. The entire reindeer team would be vaporized within 4.26 thousands of a second, or about the time Santa reached the fifth house on his trip. Not that it matters, however, since Santa would be subjected to centrifugal forces of 17,500 Gs. A 250lb Santa (which seems ludicrously slim) would be pinned to the back of the sleigh by 4,315,015lb of force, instantly crushing his bones and organs.

5. Therefore if Santa did exist, he's dead now

My cousin asked if I wanted to earn a few bucks doing data entry for her over the break, and so I replied to her email with something along the lines of, "Sure, why not, I won't be doing anything anyway."

And she tells me to send her a resume.

And I'm like, "Wha??"

I guess I was wrong in assuming this would be a casual favor for family...Then again, I would be getting paid. mellow.gif

I hate doing resumes. It makes me feel so inadequate.



Why would you need a reume for data entry? And your family that should mean that you get the job no problems and she pays you less.

I slept in so late today it wasn't even funny. It was cold, I didn't feel like waking up, and it had been suspiciously quiet, so I assumed it was still early. Turns out my aunt cancelled daycare because she wasn't feeling well.


We just got a call about an hour ago that my uncle's brother had a major heart attack. He's working in Thailand right now (Hence the reason I'm playing 'vice mommy' for this next week and a half). It must have been hard for my aunt to call him and give the news; there's not much he can do about it from where he is. sad.gif

~ I passed my driver's education class at school last week, and got my blue slip! (I wonder if other states give out the blue slip like Delaware does. Basically all it means is that you can get your learner's permit.)
~ I get to stay after at school for the robotics club. (basically, we make robots with the Vex robotics kits and the robots have to be able to compete in a sort of "game" on a course. I'm starting to hate the Anime magazine I'm getting bi-monthly. I wait and wait for two months to get this magazine, and on the cover is... Naruto. Of course. Like always. I start reading it and it's 45 pages of pure Naruto junk. And I don't like Naruto. I look for a FMA page... and there is only one!! And it's about the TCG! I don't even have any of the cards (I wish I did). No offense to any Naruto fans, but I just can't stand so much Naruto when there's so little FMA. AND I had a great idea for one of their drawing contests... and they took my idea, so I can't do it now... I feel like sulking in a corner sad.gif ...
