Halloweens coming, And that means my schools gonna be egged....again..
mei_tenshi
My sister's window got egged once. Damn kids. That could've been someone's breakfast. dry.gif

The trees at my hold high school always got teepeed. Weird, because the treeds that were targeted were located in the courtyards, inside the locked gates and security. I didn't think people were so adament about throwing rolls of toilet paper around to such a point. I always imagined it was too much of a hassle to be worth the silly thrill.

Besides, someone could've made good use of the toilet paper.
Fushi
Well that was a quick awards blink.gif

What a horrible mother.

I probably made her out to be worse than she is, cause I was also using that rant to unleash my pent up frustration with her, which has been piling up for a while now. She has her moments, I mean, she's fun to be around, but she makes a better friend than a mom, which isn't always great. But I do love her very much.
She didn't mind going when she came home. I feel a little bad about venting now, 'cause I think it was just her initial response before to hearing it was 3 hours. Still, she's very difficult to deal with most of the time.

Well, for what it's worth, we're really proud of you, Fushigi Rockna, and I hope you have a wonderful night despite it all! smile.gif

Aw thanks. :')

Anyways, as you can see, the awards did not go on for 3 hours. They were only one hour long. My friend who me and my mom sat with said it was because they were organized this year and weren't the years before. (she gets the same award every year for all the activities she's in, so she knows what its like every year ^^) Thank god tho...those chairs are a pain to sit in. >.<

I'm a little disappointed in my award tho. I got it for work experience, which I did last year in the cafeteria at lunch, working the interact. blink.gif I mean, it's nice I got an award, but I was hoping it was for an academic course (or at least art) because I struggle so much in my classes, and that would've been a nice self-esteem boast. =/ Ah well.

Oh and the magazine came out tonight! The same one that has my FMA one shot fanfic in it XDDD Hee hee hee ho hum! <3 It always feels like Christmas to me when the magazine comes out~ 8D

Don't tell the copyright stingies that I got a fanfic published in a school magazine, lol! XD

edit:
Ahhhhh, I'm embarrased to say that my friends go egging. ^^;;; (I don't tho, too much of a goody-good I suppose) They don't anymore tho cause their parents count all the eggs before, so they can't get away with it. happy.gif

Well, I will think about it. I was told Norton was one of the best. AVG seems to be good plus is free.

Funny, we were just discussing yesterday in my Tech class that Norton is complete crap.
And why is consider crap? tell me more, I need to know before I intent to buy it.

-I rarely listened to radio...so like an hour ago I was in the bathroom doing my business and the radio there was on I was reading AB, then they started to say what costumes you shouldn't dress up as...one of the must talk about costumes was.....Steve Irwin...who would really dress up as him? blink.gif well that was a stupid question, but still...

Went to a party.

Sister and I wore cheerleading costumes in an attempt to pull something together last minute, and we practiced some goofy things to do at the part, but then when we got there, she became all pansy like and wouldn't. dry.gif Same sister who did the chicken dance out on the sidewalk.

Time was spent outdoors, and I was way too cold. It was kind of nice getting my friends to cloak me under their capes to snuggle up some warmth.

Had a blood test done today to find the cause of my nerve problems... I'll find out the results monday... ph34r.gif
QUOTE(Void @ Oct 27 2006, 03:00 PM)
Most likely, if it is an actual neuropathy, the cause is orthopedic, a deficiency of a certain vitamin, or a thyroid problem, but there's also a chance that it could be cancer.
@Bacon-san - Good luck!! Hope it's nothing serious... unsure.gif

I baked a cheesecake this morning for my friend, Tiger. Well I took it to school and decided to give it to him during lunch. I gave it to him during lunch and I went to the P.E. locker rooms because I had left my binder in there (I always seem to leave it there >.<.) So when I came back from the locker room, I found out that Tiger had dropped his cheesecake. I felt like my heart was torn apart by rabid squirrels. He started saying that he was sorry. -.- I said it was okay. But it's not okay :< I've been angsty ever since the incident. I wanted to taste it, and it's not everyday that you'll see me cooking. The cheesecake looked so creamy and...perfect, I was gonna ask him for a piece when I came back from the locker rooms. T_T
@DustStorm - That's so terrible!! sad.gif So sorry that happened!! How careless of him!! mad.gif

You know...that doesn't surprise me one bit. biggrin.gif

So I just got back from the housewarming party. It's past 1 am, but I'm still energized, so here I am.

I carpooled with my brother's friend. He'd just transferred to our law school, so he's not too familiar with the area. We ended up passing our freeway exit three times. The first time was because he'd written the wrong exit number, but we turned back when we realized that we've gone too far. The second time...we just weren't paying attention. Third time's the charm, though. Oh yes, we had our eyes peeled.

Once we passed the toll and got on a highway, we kept waiting for a road that never came. So we turned back to catch a street that my brother had mentioned, and it turns out that the street we were looking connected was actually connected to the one we ended up taking--in short, my brother's friend had missed a step. Yeah, that explains things.

We did manage to find our way to the house, and there was still food! Not that there was much to begin with (mostly finger foods), but no matter.

My cactus was a hit. They actually already have several cacti (one was named Apollo--I'll have to get a picture of it, Tombow--I'm sure you'll also find that the name is quite appropriate biggrin.gif), but mine was the best dressed. I left the naming for the housemates, since it's theirs, after all.

They had Karaoke Revolution. That was pretty much the main event. I'm not much of a karaoke person...I mean, I'll sing along, but not with a mic. It makes me nervous that my voice would be distinguishable among the other half-dozen voices. But after most of the guests left, I somehow ended up doing a duet with my brother for "Unforgettable"...three times. It was more out of persistence than anything else. We messed up the first time because I had the mic for the low part, while my brother had the one for the high part, and though we tried winging it, it just didn't work. My voice isn't low enough and he couldn't hit the high notes. So we tried to switch mics in the middle of the song and got a pretty low score. Anyway, we felt we could've done better, so we played the song again. This time, the people around us were making us laugh, so that didn't turn out too well. We did a lot better the third time. All the practice paid off. *thumbs up* (I have the song stuck in my head now.)

On the drive back, while we were on the bridge to cross a tiny portion of the bay, which was relatively far from the city area of bright lights, I spotted Orion the Hunter! I just looked out the window at the sky, and there he was! That was neat. =)

A penny? That's some chump change. My thoughts cost a dollar a piece (Thank you, Bill Waterson).

It seems to me every generation has their own stock in hopes and dreams and strolls by the sea. And they never fail to see the deeper pit which the current generation has so "back-asswardly" plunged things into, so they take it upon themselves to rectify this turn of events once it's their turn up at bat; their duty to themselves, society, humanity as a whole, perhaps even to God. But once their time has come, they prove just as incompetent and quibbling as the last pack was. Divisible, most of these peoples have a rather unified goal in mind, but are all sidetracked on interpretations, methods, wrong directions and indecision to and of that neat fabled celestial crown, leading down a road that ultimately goes nowhere. We leave our dreams and hopes for yet another generation to never get around to accomplishing. This ruthless cycle is perpetual, until we can overcome our personal discrepancies and look at ourselves as a whole and where we want to end up.

And I really wish I had some Anderplants.

Good afternoon, guys! (Got up too late for "morning," heh.)

Just came back from doing laundry. Most of the washers were being used--I got the last two that weren't, luckily.

Ahh, high 70s today. I feel like eating ice-cream later. But the question is: what flavor?

In my brother's friend's car last night we were listening to a variety of stuff. (this includes his girlfriend's "happy" CD. He made a point of saying it's his girlfriend's whenever something that might immasculate him comes up. He's so defensive.) Anyway, of the CDs he had was Michael Bublé, and I must say, I'm hooked now. I like the Big-Band-ish, Frank Sinatraesque, jazzy feel.

These three boys walked up to a cat, tortured it and killed it. They left Pepper (the cat) in a trashcan to die and the family takes the three idiots to court, after one of them confessed for taking part in Pepper's murder. They had beaten her with a stick, held her down, and

The judge, from what I have heard, kept them out if juvenile or whatever serious punishment that they deserved.

WHAT? MR/MS/MRS. JUDGE, THEY TORTURED AND KILLED A CAT FOR SPORT, AND YOU ACTUALLY WANT THEM TO ONLY GET PROBATION, AND PROBABLY NO COUNCILING? PROBATION IS NOT ENOUGH, IMAGING THE FAMILY, WOULD YOU WANT THREE BOYS TO KILL YOUR PET FOR SPORT AND GET OFF THE HOOK SMOOTHLY WITH ONLY PROBATION?

Personally they should be going into a mental home or something for doing that, not only because I'm a cat lover, but because it's not enough! I'm not surprised if they're charged with the torture-and-kill of a human being soon enough!

[/rant]

It amazes me that somebody can have such little regard for life that they would actually go and kill a poor animal for sport, especially an old cat that had done nothing. It not only affects the victim, it affects the family too, you idiots. I wonder how their parents brought them up, and what kind of people they'll become.

I hope there's a reservation in Hell for them, having them chained up and tortured like they did to that poor cat.
