Current thoughts:
-woot, Thanksgiving (tis thankgiving up here in Canada tomorrow ^^; ) I remember not giving a shit about this holiday a few years ago, my mother just used it as time to get me and my brother for a long weekend and then drag us out to my step dad's family farm, where we would feel left out. They're not our family, they never will be. They didn't try to make it that way and we're not gonna either. End of story.
But now...it's different. I'm looking forwrad to tomorrow. It's all different now that mom doesn't insist on having us every Thanksgiving and we stay at dad's instead. For the past couple years we've been going out to friends of the family and having a ball. Yesterday we went out to a friend's place for dinner, and had a great time. =) Tomorrow we go out to another friend's as well and meet the two children him and his wife just adopted for the first time. <3 I'm glad it's not like before, and although we can't be with our family over in Ontario, we're with people who TREAT us like family, people who want us there, and that feels good. =)
-on a less happy note, my brother is a dink. My dad's gone and he starts acting like a little jerk, doing everything in his power to annoy me. Wtf, he's pulling off the antics of a 5 year old when he's effin' 15. It's about time he grew up.

That sucks!! Did you have alot of salt, or is it really dry where you are? Sometimes that will trigger them I'm glad to hear it stopped thoughYay! I just uploaded some songs onto my ipod...and it didnt take 3 hours like last time!!!

I always get runny noises in the morning for no apparent reason so I thought it was nothing until I sneezed thirteen or fourteen times in seven minutes. My mom won't give me medicine because I'll fall asleep before dinner, and she wants me to go to bed at night (it's 5:30 over here).

Well, just let me tell you that i have both and live-evil were really bad quality and really slow, the subs and the images didn't match. while TW were in good quality and not that slow.

- I started archery and having a hard time. Even though I'm right handed, I'm left eye dominent so I have to shoot left handed. Shooting an arrow with a hand you're not use to is very difficult. I kept on shaking and couldn't control myself. I had a good time though, archery's fun.
- I was so sick yesterday... slept for 5 hours from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. My stomach didn't feel so well so I barely ate yesterday and today until dinner where I ate two meals.

The bruschetta was really good, but the lab mate overlooking the minestrone used A LOT of black pepper, so it came out really spicy. Funny, though, that no one really noticed that the taste was spicy, only that the room seemed to get hotter. My eyes started watering, then they started burning, and I had to run to the kitchen to wash whatever it was out. Felt a lot better afterwards, though.
I was really stressed out about all the work I needed to do tonight. It all dissipated after I took a shower. Showers are wonderful things.

I was really stressed out about all the work I needed to do tonight. It all dissipated after I took a shower. Showers are wonderful things.

There's some kind of stain/mark on my thumb. It looks like a chocolate stain, but it's not, and I know because it's not coming off. It hasn't come off in about a week. How odd.

Past week or so my alarm clock has gone off without my knowing it. This is unnerving because said alarm clock is rather loud, and about two feet from my head. And I never notice until my sister in the next room comes over and tells me to turn the darn thing off, and the knock on the door is only as loud as the alarm itself, her voice no louder either. This morning it was my mom, and she sleeps all the way upstairs.

And since when has it been going off again? I don't remember setting it, and it's been off all summer.

Its official, Chi has just eaten her first piece of mooncake, and I likes it. Closest thing I could compare it to is marzipan but its still so unique. Once again the forums have brought something new into my life.

I don't know, the Chinese supermarket had a few so I just grabbed the single one. The pastry is crumbly but not crispy and a light brown colour, the filling is a really deep browny red and it tastes kinda fruity. Any ideas?
And you can't be expected to change your character. Honest is something to be proud of even if it can gwet you into trouble. Lying could have made it worse.

My nose hurts. I've been blowing too much, but at least I can actually breath. I fell asleep on my keyboard until I woke up and went to sleep on my bed last night. I woke up feeling like I had a fever, but it was just the medicine's effect. I'm not coughing anymore, it's just my nose is stuffy and I feel sleepy.

Okay, I've always wondered, how do people sleep on their keyboards?
I guess I just don't understand how anybody could go to sleep somewhere that's not their bed as I've never been able to do it myself. I've TRIED to fall asleep at my desk at school: no luck. It was the medicine. I was so tired, it passed me out, and I sleep a lot when I'm sick. I once fell asleep on my desk before. It was fun.
It is getting better. My nose is just runny now. I have no idea why it's leaving so quickly. The medicine should have worn off by now.
