ok i'm gonna let you in on a little secret, about 70% of any liquor that is pre-world war 2 that comes out of china is fake. the "whisky" you bought was more than likely either a bootleg or another cheaper liquor in a far more expensive label.... but i'll ask some people i know in chinatown for you just in case.

That was pretty good for a bootleg or cheap liquor but I guess it could have aged. It was given to my ex by a co-worker of his who had the bottle for a long time, although I don't know how long. Thanks, I haven't had any luck in my Chinatown.

Anyway, I REALLY want a cat now sad.gif Jess and I have been visiting the petstore semi frequently for random stuff, and I keep seeing adorable little kitties and they remind me of how much I love Tigger >_< and I want a cat again, but I doubt my parents would wanna pay for litter, food etc, and no one has called me back for a job, yet.

Jess said she might get me a turtle or something XP I hope she is joking, lol.

Yes, well, I am bored and I should be writing my paper. I have had the craving to watch Kill Bill for some reason, so I think I will multitask.

Current Thoughts:

- Oh good...it was raining so much outside, it started to rain inside the house...>< wtf happened... dry.gif thank God it wasn't much, but the ceiling must be fixed I think, it's raining season and this is going to happen everyday otherwise ph34r.gif

- I have to study so much again! sad.gif So, I'm afraid I'm saying byebye to the forums for a month >< yes, a month, I'm getting prepared for this stuuupid tests a month befooore, but if I get a good grades, I will get out of school sooner and get instantly, a 100 on the last tests! - I need another book to read soon. I like the one I'm going through now, but it's very technical and some of the treatment is outside of my field of interest (at least the postmodern crap is)
- The American education system places too much emphasis on teaching kids to state opinions rather than learning how to formulate sound opinions
- I just watched the removal of a 160lb tumor on tv - why?
- Been watching Bleach with my daughter. We just got through episode 44. She's loving it

MY FACE HURTS!

Im a regular coffee drinker now!!! laugh.gif A cup or three every morning before class, keeps me awake.


Since im practicaly a god in my class, i been helping random people from my class at the library every now and then. I should start charging them...

Work was more like hell then ever before (but i worked open so it wasn't that bad). The special was wings, so by the time i left we almost on the verge of running out. Hardly any one ordered from the grill so, it was easy for the most part.

@Quissy-poo: Yesh, turtles are nice and quiet. I do like toytulls, but I want a kitty so bad sad.gif They are all cuddly, and fuzzy and adorable. Especially when they are still kittens and have so much energy and want to play with you still :3

We just had a fire drill, but luckily I was already on the ground floor returning the vacuum when the alarm went off.

My carpet is relatively clean and junk free. smile.gif At least my side is, as well as the central area. My roommate's side still had a lot of her junk around. I even told her a few hours ago that I'd be vacuuming, but if she doesn't feel like moving her piles of clothing and shoes so I can do her side, oh well. I vacuumed as much as I could around her stuff, so it's not like I'm holding my labor strictly within the imaginary line of demarcation that we don't usually abide by anyhow.

Ehh, this isn't exactly a highly intellectual forum, especially in this thread, so letting some common terminology like that slide is OK if you ask me. Partly because I use words like "wanna" and omit "g" endings a lot herre tongue.gif

Uggg.....i got home a little while ago...and i was ravenous, having only eating a sandwich between 9am and 10pm....so I threw a HUGE amt of leftover Chinese in the microwave,...and it tasted soo good...and i hate soo much.....i feel sick sad.gif I should have seen that coming....

@Slash--you want my stepmom's cat? It's furry (persian)..and its energetic too..if you try to pick it up, it hisses and runs like scooby doo on hardwood floor biggrin.gif

My school SUCKS!!
They STILL have not got the middle school computer lab fixed yet. We was supposed to use it today. We had to do Dear.
They also do not have the library yet.

I also just found out that we can be called in.

I do not mean to sound racist, or anything, but where I live, I have only known four African-Americans in my entire life. And three of them are family....
And my Mom was excited, or something, she had to call her friends to tell them....

Aww... my fishy died. sad.gif .. Another one, now I only have two. My other three died. How long do fish normally live anyways?

Eww, my cut openned up, and started oozing blood. I am feeling sick now...I wish I could go lay down.

Edit:Goodnight everyone, my parents should be home soon, and I can sleep. I have to get up for school.

Fish's avarage life expectancy?? That's depending on what kind of fish. Some lives only few years, others, like Koi, sometimes lives 60 years or more!! What kind of fish do you have??

I learned a valuable lesson today: When a proff asks you to submit a question about a scientific paper...dont try to act overly smart and write something that you cant answer...because it will come to bite you in the butt...(i thought i would be a genious if i posted a question that was neigh impossible to answer...i thought my proff would be impressed...and all it got me was a spotlight in class...where she wanted me to answer it) ph34r.gif

And you know what...i really REALLY hate my conscience. Today i was hunted down by someone that knows nothing...repeat NOTHING about molecular bio...and he wanted to watch me in lab one day. Ok just being asked to be "watched" is creepy....but i didnt want to do it because it would be annoying to teach this guy from scratch. So i went to my proff and told her that i didnt want to teach him, and she said that i didnt have to. So then i was happy....until my drive home after class today....when i convinced myself that im a bad person for not helping someone who asked for it. And you know what...now i feel like crap...and im gonna tell him tomorrow that i will help him...i know damn well that im going to regret it. But...i cant help it. I wish i had some other talent aside from the ability to put myself in someone elses shoes AND make me feel ashamed about myself...all at the same time unsure.gif

...but i was never the type of person to leave people stranded anyway....i can blame that on my conscience too

I'm starting to make a game out of listening to my roommate's phone calls.

That might sound wrong on some levels, but it's not as though I'm passing out transcripts of one-sided phone conversations. And considering how often she's on the phone, I can't help but make a game of it, or else I'd be infernally annoyed with how she's always talking while I'm trying to do my homework, or even worse--sleep! I'm starting to piece together her social life, which includes her current relationship with her boyfriend (somewhat rocky at this point). Of course, I can ask her about her social life...but I don't want to pry. And besides, it's much more fun this way. And as to asking her to step out of the room when she's on the phone...well, that would deprive me the means of my game, so I think I can bear with a little annoyance now and then, or most times.

Still, you're a good person! Sure it might be annoying and you might regret it later, but you're taking the effort to teach that guy, and that's got to count for something. *hug*

I don't get it. Everytime we talk, he seems totally into it and interested in meeting up or chatting again, and yet no matter how often I tell him to call me sometime, he never does. Is it safe to say that this one's not interested?
