My closest friends refuse to go because it's 'stupid and stuff', and they'd probably rather read fanfiction or have a 'Lost' marathon instead. My other friends seem to not want to discuss going in a group for some reason; I guess they just loooove the fact that they have dates and will probably be preoccupied with their significant others for the entirety of the evening. I was going to go with Emily, then her mom forbid her to go, so that's shot.
So let's see. As for my male friends...
Andy- Dating someone (and apparently now all other females are obsolete), Joe- Dating someone, David- Ran off out of state where all the 'cool' druggie parties are, and I'll probably never see him again, Russ- in college now, Nick- Dead.
I now realize what a loser I really am.
I could talk to Miles, my childhood friend, and have him come as a guest. We haven't spoken in a while, but we're on pretty good terms.

I went through the prom thing as well, most guys that age just are not into dressing up and going to dances. I feel your pain though. I had my junior prom date flake on me after I bought the dress so I ended up going as the fifth wheel.

Proms have always been more for the girls. They're more into getting prettied up than us simple guys. Although any oppertunity to let me where a Tophat will be pounced upon.
At my school their are more boys than girls so for all the unlucky guys (Not me) and those who didn't feel like it (me) we set up a big ol' gaming tourny. T'was most fun an evening.

I guess they are kind of more aimed for girls, but I like the idear of prom. I don't like dances in particular, but it is nice to have one night set aside for something like that. I actually like dressing up in button downs and stuff every now and then. Suits and such look very spiffy.

Most of my friends seem to be remaining fairly alive though, which is a good thing. :3 *is a slacker and is not taking any APs this year* >DD
- Haha, I have this great, overly-emo print of Ichigo(-tachi) from the multiple-exposures reshoot...
- Oi, I forgot to mention this, but a few Thursdays back, Ichigo and I exchanged clothes for day. No pictures since I forgot to bring the camera, but it was quite fun collecting reactions, especially when we visibly fried the brains of a few guy friends in the hallway. X3
- Mmrph, we had a pep rally the other week, and the seniors started tossing water balloons at us...XD
- On Tuesday of Spring Break, Ichigo, Aaron and myself all went and smobbed Jason's house for the afternoon, and we have this really random disrupted-interview recording to show for it.|| It's like really long though, so I've been working on cutting down the length before posting it somewhere. >:}
- I helped out in this sort of mini-drama-ish thing at my youth group, which we performed last Friday night. People said I did a good job playing the bailiff. *waves plastic handcuff-ishys*
- *shakes head* I totally butchered my brother's haircut last Sunday.
- I finally got around to dragging out the old computer from the closet and plugging it back in temporarily so I could dig through last year's logs and stuffy...wow...I was such an airhead over AIM...>DD And the typos..!! Auhh, my eyes~!>_< *spazzes in a pool of self-dislike*
- Yayy, I got a 99 on my Electrostatics retake "quiz"~
Why is it labelled as a "quiz" with it's 100-point value when most of the unit "tests" we get in that class only consist of 90 points? I have no idea...XD
- Ahaha, I finally found out what "Crim's Spell" supposedly means after almost a full year. >3 Go EKE for remembering stupid things~

Sorry about your prom, Toby... I've been somewhat disillusioned as far as serious relationships go. They never seem to work out right. There's always an annoying... something, and most of the time there isn't even any fine print to read. It's more like there are nasty little end notes that take forever to look up and are locked in a filing cabinet in an unused janitorial closet marked with the sign 'Beware of the Leopard,' the existence of which are only made known to the contractee when the contractor pleases and/or finds necessary. This can include parents, parasitic friends, terrible personality disorders, obsessiveness, and constant suicidal thoughts.
After having gone through relationships with all of the above, MonsterEnvy has decided that relationships are simply not worth it nine times out of ten. I would only go out with someone whom I had seen respond to incredibly stressful situations multiple times, to omake sure it doesn't bring out too much of the inner b*tch or bastard (gender dependent, for me, b*tch) that is present in every person that I've met.
yep, well. My thoughts on that. It's a lot better to refrain from involvement, unless you want to go with someone that you know reeeally well, and not make any commitments to. There are always those nasty addendums...

Most of it actually was relatively easy; I'll just hope I don't end up with results lower than my middle school score because of a pile of careless mistakes or something... :}- AP exams this past week and some more being administered in the next...my poor classmates...first day back from Spring Break and they get tossed three hours worth of AP English testing...
Most of my friends seem to be remaining fairly alive though, which is a good thing. :3 xD You had a busy week, SAT's and AP exams darn. >_< I have exams soon in June .. ahhh XD i should be studying now, but I'm too lazy.
