- It's raining, it's pouring...Actually, I don't mind the rain so much. It's when it's windy as well that gets to me. My umbrella starts flying all over the place and pretty much defeats its purpose.

Current Thoughts:

- A little behind schedule with Lolita, but I only have 60 pages left now.
- I have learned so many new words just by reading this book.

- Piano lesson today was good, music history was not.
- I hate my memory. It seems I cannot remember simple things that I used to know so well from 2 years ago. Teacher was not amused. The reason I do not sit well with history is because my memory is terrible.
- I want some comfort food.

- I have a letter to write, an essay to plan for, another essay to plan for, and a research paper to start thinking about. And all 3 are due at around the same time. I hate this.
- I didn't even rest much during Reading Week.

Quis: The rewrite's a whole other assignment. It's supposed to simulate a historian going back and improving on their work, making it better even if it was good before. The grade for the rewrite's independent of the first version, so theoretically I can still get a lower grade. And we have to turn in the first version with the rewrite, so they'll know if we turn in the same thing.

It'd be nice if I had a good digital camera to upload my giant pics. I've tried scanning parts of them, but they look like crap.

I tried it today, and got this;

Horus- A 5-ish minute sketch of my original character on my giant sketchpad; He was originally very skinny, but I wanted to prove to myself that I can draw a man that actually looks like a man. ~~Yay man-nipples!~~ If only the whole thing scanned, you could see his sexy egptian loincloth.

edit @ 12:09 PST: Just finished reading the rewrite, and I must say, I think I did a better job this time around. My argument feels tighter, and I've trimmed the verbal fat. To think, I actually got the point of this rewriting assignment.

HOME!!! Oh thank GOD!!! I haven't seen my house in over 24 hours...freaking lab crap. All that i've seen are labs and walls and fume hoods.... And i have to finish this proposal in about an hour so that i can at least get 3hours of sleep before i pull another hoenhiem....crap

There's no freaking way I'm gonna get this done...and i have to be up and back in the lab in less than 5 hours. *scratches head*

Current thoughts:
-this proposal is kicking my butt
-my head is killing me, and bed sounds really good right about now

Thoughts:

-I just reported a guy for stealing peoples wallpapers. All he does is swap the pic around or slightly alter colours and no-one has noticed. He's stolen some pretty fantastic wallpapers too.

-mates having a guy crisis...and I am sick of hearing about it now.

-but got a 2:1 on our radio show....hurray.

~ 'Cause of stewpit FCAT I decided to skip school today and do nothing but homework. All I'm going to do is go to my 7th period class, which is German, because I desperately need to finish up my work there. I'm so glad that my mommy is kind enough to drive me
