I need more burnable discs, but I am broke and saving up for something else. I shouldn't have backed up SG and what few Shuffle eps I did... I shall be much more selective next time I decide to back up an anime.
Ugh, I am running a little low on memory. I am too lazy to do a music clean out, and get rid of any old crap I used to listen to right now. I still have like 12 duel-audio eps of BeBop on my PC that take up like 2GB that I am hording, even though I haven't watched that anime in forever. But that is the only way I can watch it since I don't have CN any more. I have also been tempted to DL Trigun. I lub that series, too.

I might reccomend Ayashi no Ceres, but it is quite long and in spite of interesting plot points, get's horribly frustrating. (I only really liked two very minor characters.)

Sigh~! *Cracks knuckles* That was nice. I find myself sounding like a broken record when trying to make the same arguments over and over to different people with poorly backed opinions, so I've begun to archive the generic sweep of a few of those topics essay style. I'm currently just short of 3000 words about why I like to argue these things, and my first argument of "Why Winry dosen't suck".
Next few up will probably be, "Why Roze dosen't suck", "Why Tohru dosen't suck", and "Why yaoi dosen't suck". Maybe a short one on "Why not *all* fangirls suck".
Oh~ I'd like to read the compiled arguments.
My Thoughts:

I had to go to a training on email conventions today for 2 hours. It wasn't too bad overall, but considering I read about linguistic philosophy as a hobby, it's not all that new to me. It's mostly about writing so your intended audience can understand, but the real question is whether it is the audience or the speaker to do all the work.
Anyway, I had to first debate with a colleague about the use of the colon after the initial greeting. I know that proper formal letter writing requires a colon after a greeting, but I will never write one in an email because I believe that the comma has been used enough to be legitimate.
Then I argued over whether to call the doctors we work with "Dr. _______". I of course say you should just say, "Hi [Enter First Name]", but the same colleague who argued about the colon said that we should adress the doctor with respect. I figure that I've got to manage their money and have a friendly working relationship with the doctor, stating the title & last name just makes it harder for me to develop the proper relationship with my docs.
The last thing I'll share here is that I had to ask the age old question with business emails, "When if ever are smilies allowed" I argue that because written communication is limited in its ability to convey emotion, smilies allow one to bring back some of the losses of face to face communication. Although I've never used smilies at work, I do feel the urge and wish to be able to express myself in the business setting appropriately. I think that it was agreed that smilies were never to be used, but I may begin to think about bucking that trend

Anyway, I couldn't help but show off my knowledge about how hard it is to communicate with words. My solution is to have us all communicate using symbolic logic as was the trend in the early 20th century I'm such a jackass and trouble maker at work trainings like this. Bacon could be bass if he wants, and we need a guitarist. Anyone? Anyway, we are either a gothic techno band *VK preferable* or we can ditch the instruments aside from our DJ Synth, and be some tehcno-ish vocal band named Sweet-N-Low. I haven't worked out a name for the gothic techno band yet. Oh yes, and Anshi would be our official groupie since :3

Hello sweetheart. Where to begin? It's so wonderful here. Eggshell white the color of the walls, was set-off by the dark red of the cabniets. The yellow curtains are a bit untasteful, but give the room a homely, cozy feel. Stacks of books trying to be neat, neglected wooden boxes stand solumly in the back waiting to be of service, the corner cluttered with trinkets who have served their purpose, and an earthen cup 3/4 full of cold uninviting tea. The hypotenuse got tired of staring at the same old right angle and passed its night in dreams of escape.

One of the phrases was 'mein sandwich' which we found hilarious because the topic was about helping the environment and we had no idea as to what the connection between the environment and a sandwich was
