Makeup is more expensive than I had first thought... one damn stick of eyeliner can be $$5+
Were you out shopping for some . . . ?
Eto... didn't I mention that I was cosplayin Kyo from The Final? >D err, well, I got my eyeliner, eye shadow, concealor-ishy stuff (in stick form for convenience, is that worse than liquid or powder?), and despite Edsgirl's advice on how to apply mascara, I went and got fake eyelashes instead. I still need to get the tie sometime soon though. I need something temporary that can dye my hair red, but my hair is black and I don't even know if the Halloween adventure shop is still open now that it is almost Thanksgiving.... I am planning to do this the last full day of school before break and taking my disposable camera to take pretty pictures of my friends and I while I am all Diru-style >D
If anyone has makeup application tips or anything, feel free to pots. And yes, I do realize I am a freak XD
-awww, I am such a bad customer. The girl who was working at Walgreen's was being all nice and I had to give her a hard time because I had to give her change because I didn't want to break another bill. I had already broken a twenty at CVS *I had to go to Walgreen's because CVS had no good black eyeshadow
* Anyway, the first time I handed her change, I was like 30 cents short, and then I was fumbling with my wallet to get her more change >D I just hope like hell none of you are working the register when I buy something... <---makes uncomfortable laughs when he messes up at the register.
-I felt very odd going through the makeup isle at first, but after awhile I was just aggravated at the lousy makeup choices >D Then when I went to pay, I was like: Whatever, either they can assume I am buying this for a girl or myself. Either way, it is none of their business
EDIT: Also, if anyone wants to help me come up with an excuse as to why I am wearing makeup in front of my parents, looking all gothic, please giev me your suggestions.
PS: My mom wanted to see the receipt from CVS because sometimes they had coupons. I was reluctant to give it to her since it has the items listed, but I brainlessly gave it to her anyway. Luckilly, she didn't say anything... simply keeping it insidel; the feeling that her son is a closet case.
