I've never had that problem.
i guess you've never rented dvds in pensacola, fl.
its the one problem with the new technology. video tapes are protected in that case. but the info on dvds are exposed and can be easily scratched and damaged by any stupid person who rents it.
then when you get that dvd it skips in you player.
