And so...I feel like trying Happy*Material (Negima opening), can't find the lyrics sheet, and go looking in the other room...still can't find them...head back towards my room, singing whatever I have from memory, and-ZOMG-ishy my mom is supposed to be at the high school now and NOT standing over there by the hallway~!! blink.gif (Especially not if I'm randomly spouting semi-chibi lines....*shrivels*) Apparently she couldn't find any parking and came back home...o__o

Basically, we were in groups of 5-6 students, and everyone wrote one part of the play (it was formatted like a Greek tragedy or something...I was assigned one of those chorus sections that was ridiculously easy to write...)..and we got to perform it for the rest of our class...Our group's play was set during the Holocaust...a girl's Jewish friend comes to her house late at night pleading for help, and she secretly hides her inside her home. She has a very kind heart, but is a bit of a loudmouth and blabs to her other friend about it the very next day, and gets overheard by a Nazi officer, who comes demanding to inspect her home later...well, long-and-dragged-out story short, the girl and her friend get killed in the process, and the Jewish friend grabs the Nazi officer's sword and kills herself with it because she's unwilling to be taken to a concentration camp.

Come to think of it...my group left me with the finished copy of the play...if only I could manage to dig it out somewhere...rolleyes.gif

Yay for Pierrot :3 Great band they are. I will try that song and some others tomorrow. Yes, I am always looking for new music. It is fun trying different types of rock besides screamo, which equals crap

And yay that tomorrow's Friday. Everyone seems to be looking forward to the weekend. I don't have class tomorrow anyway, because Hurricane Rita's headed for our campus. Hopefully, it'll blow itself out before it gets too far inland and the damage will be minimal. I feel so bad for the people from Louisiana who evacuated to Houston and now have to evacuate again. sad.gif

- I started reading my old posts from the first few days that I joined, and it was...interesting. (And I also found typos that I failed to fix...but I'm not so psychotic as to edit them now...maybe.) Sometimes I had to refer back to the thread to figure out what the heck I was talking about. Those were good times, though.

- Despite the Chinese quiz, I get the feeling that tomorrow would be a good day, if only because it will start later than all the other days of the week. (Though I'll probably wake up early to study anway.) I hope I didn't just jinx it...

- What is it with Thursdays that causes my floor to become so loud? I hope they quiet down by the time I go to bed...not like it would keep me from sleeping, I'd just get a little annoyed at their obnoxiousness.

Texas A&M. A bunch of evacuees from Galveston and Houston are here in the local shelters now. These poor people have it awful. The highways going north are so packed that it takes about 6 hours to go 100 miles. The meteorologists initially said that it wouldn't hit us here very bad, but now they're predicting 60 mph winds on Saturday, so I'm a little concerned. No one else is, though. There's a whole bunch of idiots talking about having hurricane parties (which implies drinking a whole lot and then driving home through the squall in the middle of the night.) unsure.gif Think I'll just stay indoors.

I agree that I feel that God, if there is one and leans in favor of one gender, It would be femininity... Not for the same reasons as you listed though. Males aren't intuitive or creative enough. Both females and God are the roots of all good and all evil... while men are just a subdivision of evil biggrin.gif

Three to seven days of bleeding like a B horror movie not to mention the cramps, bloating, sore breasts and PMS. Then there's the horror of childbirth, you have to be a complete sadist to think that one up.

i think it may be because most people have busy schedules and live life by a general "let's hope nothing bad happens today" motto... i don't give a crap, and now have almost infinite free time. its like why college kids tend to be party to more crazy shit...

Scratch that. My ma' just told me she is back on the respirator because she got another infection or something. Hopefully, we will go visit her this weekend.

Does anyone know any bands *besides MM/MdM* That kind of meld classical music with rock? o__o That would be awesome if anyone could give some good recommendations.
