Yea.... so I just realized today that this girl that has been on my shift for the last couple nights is deaf and mute.
... I just thought she was kinda quiet.

Goldfish-kun: Aww, she sounds cute. Do you like her?

I never saw the times when she would write in her notepad to say something to someone else...
I once had to do that for a day....it was such a pain~
No, just kind of intrigued.
I didn't find out until earlier this morning at the beginning of my shift when I was talking with the other guy and something randomly brought me to ask something relevant enough for him to mention she can't talk or hear.
I actually decided to write to her during the break to say something to the effect of "I assume you already guessed, but I had no idea you couldn't talk etc., and no one told me. Stupid, I know. I apologize if it seemed like I was ignoring you ever. So! Now comes the ever stereotypical questions

"
I left it at that because I assume she has been asked many times. She smiled nodded at the "I had no idea" part I think, but she motioned she had to put some garbage away and never answered. Would she be offended? I didn't want to sound like I was pitying her, which I didn't. . .
