I am still in a good mood, that is surprising. Life's going pretty well for me, for once.

-i think the ending was kinda vague and it wasnt all that great...it doesnt feel completed and...i dunno..it just wasnt an end

My parents spent the better (or worse) half of an hour complaining about my irresponsibility because I couldn't locate my driving permit. I even called my brother to see if it was in the car I usually practice with. (It wasn't.) My dad kept saying I should look after my own stuff, especially the important stuff, it's just like me to lose the important stuff, I spent all that time on driving practice and I lose it now . . . blah blah blah

I found it in the garage. Where my dad left it.

Exactly! Granted, I probably would've gotten angrier if they'd laughed, but still...

Ironic that it was my dad's fault we had to search the entire house for that damn envelop. Oh yes, blame ME for everything I seem to lose! (Though he did seem a bit more forgiving with my little mistakes this time.)

On other thoughts:
- My friend finally finished burning the FMA subs, and he brought it over tonight.

If I didn't have to go to my cousin's baby shower, I would do a season 1 marathon tomorrow.
- Speaking of the baby shower, I heard it was superhero/-villain themed. Hopefully, it's only optional.

-ive been burning fma and naruto dvds but they dont seem to autoplay in the dvd player and when its done with one episode it just stops and doesnt continue to the next one...its really annoying me since i made like 10 dvds so far
-the trailer wont play!!!

- my dad reconnected the cable so my mom could transfer money into my sister's bank account, so i'm seizing the opportunity...maybe he'll just leave it there and not take it out for the rest of the summer?

- haven't had much to do lately. i've been catching up on naruto (though i'm going to skip this filler. i wonder if they'll show the kakashi gaiden next?) and tenipuri, finally. my grandpa picked up some japanese fashion magazines from the library, so i've been browsing through those and attempting to read the articles. i starting re-reading all of hikago though.

- yuu left for japan today (i forgot to tell him to get more facewash for me, i feel so stupid), kathleen and jason left for mexico today, daniel left for LA, and next week angela's going to HK and michelle's going to argentina. no one's left in boring old saratoga, bah. ToT

- wow, it seems like a lot of people like L'arc en Ciel now.

it's kind of odd; i listen to a ton of j-pop/rock/rap, but i've never liked any of the L'arc songs i've heard....they're a little Gackt-esque, but i like Gackt better. "ready steady go" is my least favorite FMA opening, and no matter how many times i listen to "lost heaven," i just don't like it very much (usually, if i listen to something enough times, it'll grow on me). my best friend swears that she'll get me to like them eventually, though, and she's dumping all of her L'arc mp3s on me.

I'm proud to say that I've started listening to them a long time ago, which was around the time the FF: TSW movie came out (L'Arc~en~Ciel did one of the songs in the credits). If you want some good song suggestions, I have a few you may like.

They have licensed it, yes. Stupid American companies and their licensing. I swear, America ruins everything.

i've been staying up until 2 for first 2 weeks of summer, and therefore waking up at 1130+ to get all my beauty sleep. haha my parents are getting really mad because they think im not productive because i sleep too much. o well.

- The forum is more active during the week. *had to look through 10 pages of new posts and topics*
- I'm at an internet cafe. I THINK. *is surrounded by people playing counter-stike and warcraft III* It's my cousin's after school hang out, so it shouldn't be too bad...
- I forgot to sign out on the computer at the resort. I hope whoever uses the site again doesn't get the nerve to go use my account to spam up the boards and ruin the image.
- Two more weeks...
- I've been feeling like **** lately. It's no medical condition, just maybe my high self-set standards and tendancies to bash my own head (mentally. don't worry, no physical harm is inflicted) in for little things...
- All this costs money, that is something which I have, and I believe my relative may not have as much...
- As usual, warm weather in Manila... *sarcasm* Actually, it'd be boiling, if it weren't for the rain and AC

@Quis-sama: Have you ever read one of those cointinious thought style writing books? They're wierd. The Last Samurai is one of those. I have no idea whether it's related to the movie of the same name or not, but a logophillic such as yourself might like it. Layer upon layer of interesting words, but I don't know most of them. *is lacking an English dictionary*

Eh? I thought it is mostly just Cafe, Celes and I *shrug* I have tried most of their songs... Maybe you are just trying the wrong ones

Their style is definitely different form The Pillows and AKFG *both bands I like*. If you haven't already, try Heaven's Drive and Driver's High. Butterfly's Sleep is pretty good. Maybe you might like Route666? (if you can't tell already I am obsessed

Also, Jojoushi off of their Awake album is one of my favorites right now ^^ Very pretty song and PV.

Anyways, fanboy-ness aside:
-I have to go to the dentist at 2 T.T but hopefully I can stop by Best Buy and buy a mic... Though, I bet they are over priced and I will end up not buying one =D Your ears are lucky (for the 7 members who frquent Karaoke thread)

Hmm, sounds intriguing. Who is the author? I did a search and found two books: one by Mark Ravina and the other, Helen Dewitt.

Haven't they already toured the US? Or are going to? Unless I'm going crazy and recalling events that never existed in the first place.

Current Thoughts:

- How I dislike shopping. Unless it's for books.
- My mother picked up some shelf thing at a garage sale back home, and she gave it to me. I think I could use it as another bookshelf.

Yeah, when I tried the first three, I could only watch the first five seconds of it and then it died on me. My friend's coming over today and he knows how to do it so I'll probably get it working.

Will someone please help me with how to record with my microphone? I used the default recorder... but the sound is low when I play it back. or is that just because I am playing it back on the sound recorder program? Also, (for the windows default recorder) How do you make it record more than 60 short bloody seconds! What kind of recording, song or otherwise is usually that short? Can someone please help me? Via IM/PM would be the fastest way ^^ Arigatou!

Actually, a freeware that could record microphone sounds as good quality MP3 would be even better

Current Thoughts:

- Just got home from my shopping trip.
- My mother went with me and we actually had a terrific time.

- Actually spent money.

On things other than books. Approximately $110.
- Bought a white coat (succumbed to contemporary frock coat fetish) and a black dress.
- The straps are a little too long so I'll get that fixed.
- I was pleasantly surprised to find that a size 0 is a bit too small. Finally.
- There was a pencil skirt that I wanted, also size 0, but too big.
- Can't sizes be consistent?

I hate that as well... and it is hard to find well fit clothing. I need something other than baggy jeans and T's that are 5 times larger than myself.

-I will have to find more Tetsu69 songs ._. but I think he only did a handful.
-I will look for Lost Heaven lyrics, but last time I checked they were non-existant.
-I haven't seen Cafe-chon nor Eke-san all day *le gasp*
-I found weights in my garage =D I will use them tomorrow. I swear on Hideto-san's life I will ^^

I have tons of trouble with clothes as well, which is one of the many reasons why I dislike shopping. The only things that fit me in this country are shirts and dresses. Anything below the belt needs to be imported or custom-made.

Thoughts:
well, at 2 in the morning, i just decided to read some FMA manga from that online manga viewer (i've only seen the anime). i was so surpised by the differences and the obvious edXwin :] then on the side, i saw ichigo 100% manga, which then again i read, and it was a lot better than the anime, which much more romantic stuff. this just sparked my interest in manga. i think im beginning to like manga over anime, but the only manga i actually own is negima, but even with negima, the manga is 10x better than the anime. it all makes me wonder...mayble ill go dl all the manga i can get instead of those 300MB anime files :]

- The Ice Cream Man just drove by and I chased him down. It was fun in a weird way.

I don't have the ice cream man where I am.

I have to buy my ice cream at a store. And of course it doesn't fill an empty stomach right. That's why people eat ice cream for dessert.

- Roommate and her family moved a few things in.
- I have to sweep and mop the floor again now. Oh, well.

@Deshi: I worked for Norweigian one summer and for some reason almost every ship I worked on had a Swedish captain. But I like cruise ships. I call them the Melting Pots of the Sea because there is always tons of people from different countries working on them.
@Mongoose: I feel the same way. I used to only watch anime a couple of years ago. Now I always read the mangs before I even consider watching the anime. I've seen the error in my ways!
@Quistis: I've been exercising like that all day. I've cleaned every inch of my house and I'm so exhausted. I don't want to clean for another month!
