- My trip to the mall wasn't as I expected. I only got stuff for my iPod shuffle and the latest vol. of Ruroken.
- They did something different with the RuroKen vol. this month. Instead of the title being at the top on the front of the book, they put it on the front on the side of the spine. Hard to describe, but it looked cool.
- My mom talked with this lady at the Apple store, and now she has interest in a Mac. That's actually kind of good. She's into something that has style.
- Unfortunately for me, RuroKen was the only one I found with a new volume out. I'll be heading back in a week or two to get the manga I carelessly missed.

except then yuu-chan was piggy-backing me around, and then threatened to drop me in the pool (fully-dressed), and i flailed around and whacked him in the face, and he fell backwards and we ended up rolling across the pool deck. 
- hmm, deviantart randomly gave me free subsciption for a week....cool, but just a clever ploy to lure me into re-subscribing once my subcription is over.

and you know you want to blow all your money on overpriced merchandise... - finally getting new glasses! according to my optometrist, i haven't changed my frames (or vision) since 1999. my vision's actually improving a little, as odd as that sounds. my eyes are pretty bad, so that's a good thing....i'm going to go back during the summer for another pair with chunkier frames. gotta be weird with the other art students next year.
- apparently my sister finished her second year of law school yesterday, and came home today with her car stuffed with bags and bags of clothes, shoes, and purses. how can one person own such an ungodly amount of shoes and purses?? (guess who got to carry them all into the house, baah.)
- now my sister and my mom are all excited about my prom, and having way too much fun matching accessories and purses with my dress....and i expect to be dragged by force into the bathroom in any minute, so they can experiment with my hair. for junior prom last year, my sister chased me around the house on prom day with her new flatiron.
- hopefully i'll find nice FMA shirts at fanime next sunday....none of those ugly hot topic crap shirts. the bebop ones there are nice, and the champloo design is cool but the shirt color is ugly, but the american fma ones are just plain ugly. between tokage, blue, and friends in japan, i WILL get my paws on nice japanese ones.
