My favorite animal is the spider.

They are completely misunderstood animals and have a bad reputation. They really are cool animals though. They are useful and help keep the insect population down. Also, they are beautiful animals and come in every color of the rainbow, not to many animals you can say that about except maybe fish and insects.

My number one favorite thing about spiders is in the arachnid world the female has the upper hand. Females are larger and live much longer than the males do.

Go girl power.

Gorillas. Orang-Utans come as a close second. But Mountain gorillas are just inherently cool, and have a unbelievably bad rep for being such incredibly gentle creatures. I can watch hours of documentaries and read mountains of books about them.

Oh and DameGreyWulf, are you referring to Cerebus the Aardvark, or Cerberus, the guardian dog of Hadas? Curious minds want to know.

Id have to side with Dame on this. wolves have got a sort of majestic and nonble
appeal thats difficult to find in most animals. so yeah wolves as No. 1.

I'd love to have a pet penguin, like Misato on NGE... but they supposedly smell really awful, and I think Miyuki would try to eat it.

My aunt's neighbors have a pet iguana... and they let roam loose so every time we go over to visit it is always stuck to the window. (pppsssssttt between us I would say that it is fake 'cept that I saw it move...once....)

I've always wanted a Ferret or Weasel, they are cute!

Ferrets are cute... but they can be really annoying and they smell really bad if you don't bath them enough...(my friends have one thats how i know)

I'd have to agree with you when you said that wolves are the coolest animals... I think that fish are the coolest pet 'cause all you have to do is feed them/clean their tank/ and watch them swim (if your fish are as dumb as my old ones then watching them swim is quite amusing)..... and I'm gonna have to stick with phoenixs' being my fave. myth. animal but cerebus' is really cool too.

In a game I play, Cerebi are 3rd level creatures (on a level scale of 1-7) but they're extremely powerful and deadly

I hate toy dogs. They exist to be lunch for larger dogs.

Toy dogs are nice. They're for old ladies who can't have hyper and large dogs
