6 foot 1 1/2 inches! not bad for a 14 (almost 15) yr old!

i'm a 15 year old (and six months) female...i'm 4'11...149 cm...

pretty much edward elric's height minus the boots and antenna

people know me as "omg, you're so small!"

maybe i should follow ed's example when people call me small...i wonder...

I'm 5'6".

5'4, but I sometimes am half an inch shorter or taller, depending...I just have short days and tall days XD

I grew! My mom measured me (on a wall with no dents in it to show where 5 feet is, etc.) and my mom says I gre like.. an inch *throws confetti*

Eh, I had my annual physical right at the start of the fencing season, so my updated current height seems to be 5'5½"-ish.

Heh another peek into my mysteriousness -- I am 6ft 3in.

I've noticed a few things: as society turns to more and more "healthy" foods, and more organic ones, our younger population seems to be getting shorter and shorter.

I find myself to be pretty all for an Asian and i attribute that to the fact that when i was growing up, and living in the USA, almost everything i ate had some sort of growth hormone inducing drug applied to it: ie super chickens, super milk, etc.

...But Yao Ming is like 7'6" and he grew up in China...

Well hes a step above my generation Im sure around his time there was a big import boom.

I am talking about the youngsters in America now a days.
I recently visited my high school and the average height had to be 5ft. it was ridiculous

Same in Canada. I also really took note of when I was in my senior year in high school, and these new kids enrolled in the lowest grade at the school. They were tiny. Even I was taller than some of them. It was scary in a way, but also made me feel good because there was someone younger than me that wasn't taller than me.

There's a junior high right next to mei's old high school, so plenty of lower classmen (and upper classmen, actually) were mistaken for lost middle schoolers who'd managed to wander beyond the fencing.

However, during mei's senior year, she spotted three or four (relatively) freakishly-tall freshmen--all of whom did not grow up in the area, which led mei to thinking that the growth impediment was perhaps due to something in the city's water.

That's also true at my school. I swear, the freshman get smaller every year.

Just today I saw a group of freshman purposely blocking congregating outside of one of my classes and they looked like 3rd graders. I had a clear view of the top of the heads. I wanted to tell them to go back to elementary school.

This is a phenomenon I also witnessed. However, by the time I got to college, I had a hard time telling apart freshmen and juniors.

Mei can't tell the years apart, AT ALL. Probably due to the fact that everyone looks more mature than what mei is used to.

Heh, it might just be because I am an RA, but i can definately tell them apart .

Well at least i can spot freshman. The difference between juniors to graduates of course is hard.

Most of the new incoming freshman have that ailment, whats it called, oh yeah baby-face . I jest. .. maybe

5'5"...Compared to my friends, I'm the shortest...and get called shrimp and stuff. Suprisingly, I blow up like Ed does.

I'm 12 and about 4'10"......I'M NOT SHORT!!! I'M STILL GROWING DAMMIT!!!! mostly everyone is taller then me at about 5'5". well at least i can get a cheap kid's meal when i go out to eat.

note: I'm not short...every one else is just.........is just..........extremly tall!

I dunno~ I was that height at 12. Now I'm 7~8 inches taller.
