No, you don't. Please say you don't mean that. Do you know how hard it is to find clothes? If I weren't Chinese and my father could get my stuff from Hong Kong/China, I'd have no pants to wear. Only really expensive stores carry anything remotely my size, and I am not willing to spend so much on clothes. Besides, you look healthy, and that's what matters.
