Eh, every other teenage girl desperately dreams of modeling, and most agencies are a sham anyway. I wouldn't know where to look besides that. (And I kinda wish I could smile more. I'm ashamed of my teeth. ) My older sister modeled wedding dresses once, in exchange for free senior pictures. (Well, the photographer's free service, anyway. She still had to pay the material charge.) She has much better presence. I usually look like crap in pictures unless I'm really trying.

It is hard because they do look for a ceritan type. I never landed any paid modeling gigs myself just trades for pictures, but then again when I was doing it heroin chic was in on the modeling scene so my curvy, red headed self had no chance.

I think you should look into it though, submit your pictures. Don't pay anybody that you submit your photos too of course. If they're legit they won't charge and you're not out anything but a few pics if you do.

If nothing else you might pick up a paying gig now and then. But you're right everybody and their mom wants to be a model.

My answer to that is simply smile with your mouth closed Even if the person taking the picture begs you not to.

That's what I do. Not that I have bad teeth... I just look like a psycho when I smile.

Eh, actually, I got that one by accident.

What I really wanted was some odd mass of hair with an eye visible somewhere, but it was kind of hard, since the lighting kept drowning out the nails and whatnot...after like 3 nights, I got bored and was taking random photos without the hair mass...none of the others really looked halfway decent... >D

I kind of adjusted the lighting a little to make it slightly darker. || And that random black object is the lamp I have clipped onto my bookcase.
